|| Nolan's POV ||

I have a stalking and disturbing the peace charge against me now, that my ex girlfriend got the idea of calling the police on me.

But I'm moving on with my life, there is better people in the world, and better things to do with my life rather than waste time on her.

I finally got the call,
I start my new job tomorrow at 11 AM. Like I said I have better things to do then waste my time on her.

*buzz buzz buzz*
"Hello?", I answer my phone
"Yo, it's Dustin." Dustin replies
"What's good man? I haven't heard from you in a while.", I say.
Dustin responds, "Oh nothing really. There's just a couple of us over here at the skate park, we wanted to know if you wanted to come down and hang out?"
I answer, " Sounds legit, I'm on my way down now."
*click*

I hang up the phone.
Well it looks like I'm going down to the skate park for the rest of the day. Considering it's only noon I doubt we'll stay at the skate park all day, but we might; you never know with my friends.

I get down to the skate park to see my friends: Dustin, Dylan, Luther, and Dillion.

Dylan has the most gorgeous blonde girl trying to ride on his skateboard, he's helping her out some but not much. How can he not even pay attention to her? I can't take my eyes off of her. I'm stunned.

"Yo!!!", Luther yells.

I throw a peace sign up, and watch through the gate to the skate park. Dylan and Luther both come over to see me.

"Man, it's been forever since I've seen you!", Dylan says.

" Yeah, I've been trying to stay out of trouble since all of the false accusations that I stalked Avery.", I reply.

Dylan just nods, Luther hands me his vape.

"You gotta try this dude, it's a fruity flavor.", Luther says persuading me to try it.

I take a puff, he wasn't lying it's fruity. It tastes good, honestly.

Looking over Dylan's shoulder I see the blonde girl, getting more confident and coasting on the board a little by herself.

"Who's the girl?" I ask, probably sounding a little to curious.

"Who? Her?" Dylan says pointing to the blonde on his board.

I nod.

He continues, "Thats Heaven. I've known her since she was really young. We're like really good friends."

"Hmm, why haven't I ever seen her around?", I ask.

Dylan answers, "Her father lives here in town, but he mother lives in a different state."

My hopes drop a little, with getting to know this girl. But I can still try.

"Why you staring at her, bro? You got a crush!", Dylan busts up laughing.

I just shrug it off and walk away. I mean who wouldn't have a crush on her she's fucking gorgeous.

Not paying attention, and being stuck in my thoughts someone comes running at me and crashes into me making us both fall to the ground.

With my luck it was her, Heaven.
She stands up and brushes herself off, then holds her hand out for me to grab, to help me up.

"Sorry about that.", She giggles.

I smile and reply, "It's okay."

She flashes a smile, "Well thanks for not getting all bent out of shape for me running into you. But I'm gonna try to get better, it's a working progress."

I nod, as she runs off to get back on the board and start trying to coast again.

She's even more stunning up close, I thought to myself. I've gotta get to know this girl.
