Hello my fellow Shippers! Sail here! And I'm here to talk about a problem I have..... Insomnia. Now, it's kinda my fault I have this but.. Kinda not.
So summer, I love to stay up. But I have such a crazy sleep schedule, that I have trouble sleeping sometimes. Right now, it's almost 1 in the morning. I CANT FALL ASLEEP! Why is this a problem?! I've always had problems falling asleep for different reasons. But sometimes I get to the point when there's nothing else I could do, and I just need to sleep. But I can't. My body is deciding to stay awake and it just.. ARG!!
Normal, I'd read or watch videos until I fall asleep.. So I did and I still haven't fallen asleep. My cat isn't helping either. So, I decided to write this instead of finding out a way to fall asleep.... I need help.
If you have tips, besides the warm milk one I hate drinking anything before bed, please let me know. And I'm not alone in this. My oldest brother and my mother both have Insomnia. My dad tells us to get a schedule but where's the fun in that? (Not eating breakfast)
Why is this such a huge deal to wake up or sleep at different times? Well, I have to get up before 10 or my dad cuts of breakfast. We don't snack at our house, which is fine. But I also have to get up and feed my cat. And if I don't, my cat will come and bite my nose. Ugh..... I'm going to try and get some sleep... Hopefully one of you out there knows the pain of Insomnia. Sail is out, peaceISailEveryShip
