Humanity
What is humanity? In most dictionaries it's either the human race, the human nature or kindness and benevolence. Some might say it's a combination of all three, which is quite right, however there's much more to it than that. In the olden times all the above definitions of this word would support one another, they would be an explanation or a synonym for the other but these days they're contradictory to one another. The human race can no longer represent the nature of humans and the human nature is no longer as benevolent as it used to be. Humanity was once used to define something good,something noble, something compassionate but in today's world that word does not hold the same value. Humanity isn't like it used to be. It's evolved, its changed but that does not necessarily mean it's for the better. Yes, the many discoveries have made life a lot easier, they have completely turned around our outlook towards living. However, they have also become the reason for the deterioration of our society, the deterioration of humanity.
