Prologue

    "I'm going out of town for two weeks for work. Don't act up i'm having our neighbors keep an eye on you." Dad says grabbing a suit case. "Okay dad." I sit down on the soft brown couch. "And make sure you keep an eye on your little brother Eli." He says walking out of the door. "I will." I roll my eyes. And he closes the door. As soon as dad walks out Eli comes running down the stairs. "Bri!" He comes running to me. "What?" I grab the remote and turn the t.v on. "Someone moved into that creepy house a crossed the street!!" He seemed pretty hyped about it. "There's nothing creepy about the house except the grass needs to be cut." I search for a good show to watch. "Come look there's twins." He smiles at me and ran to the window. 'Twins?' I thought to myself. I put the remote down and got up from the couch an walked to the window where Eli was standing. "See i told you!" He pointed out of the window. I squinted trying to get a better look on the boys. "You know i can't really see them. I'm blind." I laughed a little. "You should go ask if they need help." Eli smirks at me. "Or are you too scaredddd?" He looked back out of the window. "You know what? I will." I put on some house slippers and walked outside. One of the twins came back outside and looked at me. I quickly changed my mind it would be to weird to ask. I turn around to go back inside but the door was locked. "Eli! Unlock the door!" I yell banging on the door. He was standing in the window laughing at me. 'Unlock the door now' i mouth. And he shakes his head no. As soon as i was about to break down the door someone touched me. "Hey, i'm Grayson." He smiled. Wow. He was way more attractive up close. He had a perfect jawline and his eyes were a really pretty hazel. And to face it all off he was taller than me. "Hi. I'm Briana but people call me Bri." I awkwardly smile at him. "Okay. Bri." He was about to say something else until someone yelled for him. "Gray! I need your help lifting this couch!" The boy looked like he was having trouble. "And that's my twin brother Ethan."  He laughed a little. "But i'll catch ya later i guess" He walks off. After he left i remembered i was locked out of the house and Eli wasn't in the window anymore. "God dammit Eli!" I yelled. I went to the backyard and went through the basement door. Thank god it was unlocked. I went to the living room and Eli was having the best time of his life watching bubble guppies. "You're dead." I started walking towards him and he ran upstairs and i ran after him. He went to his room and locked himself in there. I started banging on the door.  "You better stay in there all day!" I walked back down stairs. And my phone was ringing i ran to it and picked it up.

Hello?

Hello?

It was my dad.

Yes?

The neighbors called. Told me about you being locked out?

Pshhhh whaaaat? Noooo.

I called a babysitter. They'll be there tomorrow morning. And they know where the extra key is. You must have forgot about.

Yeahhh....

Well, that's all i had to tell ya. See ya kid.

I ended the call and shoved my phone in my pocket. Great. A babysitter..
