Chapter 17

"Caleb?" I said singing out his name a little.

"Yes princess?" 

"Can you please, come to my "family reunion".

"Aww I'm really sorry princess! I have to babysit the twins today."

"Alyxx and Beatriz are that wild?"

He chuckled "Yes, but I'm talking about Fletcher and Sammy." 

"There dogs though, can't you just put them in cages?" He made an O shape with his mouth. "I forgot to tell you but, Fletcher and Sammy are little five year old vampires."

"So your whole family is filled with vamps?"

"Yeah, pretty much!" I laughed, he put the car in park and turned to me. "Goodbye kiss?" I smiled and nodded.

He kissed me on the lips. I opened the door but Caleb grabbed my arm "Goodbye kiss?" I looked confused. He leaned in and kissed my stomach.

"Aww, you deserve a bunch of kisses that I would give you and maybe something more, IF you come to my reunion?" He chuckled.

"Nice try princess, go get ready for your reunion!" 

"Ugh fiine!" I shut the car and watched him drive off. I opened the front door to see my mom pacing back in forth still in her robe and curlers.

"Hey mom what's up?" 

"The stupid valet I hired, suddenly has a hemorrhoid on his ass! What the hell is a hemorrhoid anyway?"

"It's a swollen vein or group of veins in the region of the anus!" Damn, you can learn a lot from South Park.

"Whatever, what am I gonna do?"

"I can help!" Anything to get me out of that fucking reunion. 

"Really!"

"Yeah." 

"I need you to pick up  Vaughn and Venus at the airport." She said while painting her toe nails on the table, and I really hope we don't have to eat on this table! As soon as I heard Vaughn name I got shook up a bit but it's nothing I can't handle.

"Okay but if you were gonna estimate how long it would take what overall time would that be?" I said stroking my chin.

"I don't know, half an hour!"

"Okay, okay. And what time does the reunion start?" 

"Don't even think about getting out of the reunion Venom!"

"Umm I'm nineteen now mother! I can do whatever the hell I feel like floats my gravy boat, god damn it!" I saw how red she was getting, even if I was an "adult" dealing with her at this point is well, you could die!

"But, in the sakes of our family I guess i'll do it." I pressed down the intercom on the side of the wall and waited for a response.

"Yes ma'm."

"Hello Harvey! It's Venom! Can you bring my car around please, I don't seem to see it in the front area."

"I don't seem to see it either. When did you bring in it?"

"That's the thing. My friends were supposed to bring it here."

"Well, you might wanna talk to your friends because it's not here, sorry Venom."

"It's fine I gotta go beat the shi- I mean beat some meat with my mallet goodbye Harvey!" If my car has so much as a scratch on it they will be dead.

I dialed Caleb number and waited for him to pick up.

"Hell-

"Get your damn sisters on the phone!"
