Who Was He?

When my eyes couldn't see what lies in front of me
Standing on the land that had oceans of sand
Or just an abandoned city buried in misery
From dreadful wartimes that swallowed the flesh and blood of every being

I was with many behind me, my subjects or my followers
Returning from a war, jovially, with victory
To my land, to be welcomed with celebration by the dwellers
And be their Queen and gain the title of majesty

In the wink of an eye, I could see him standing before me
He was blonde, strong and dressed richly
Somehow I knew, he meant the whole world to me
His eyes let the world be forgotten around me

He turned around disappointing me and my tranquility
I brought forth my hand to touch his shoulder
I didn't knew why I felt I always knew him and loved him deeply
I wished to profess the affection which I felt my heart bore forever

But everything vanished suddenly in vain so untimely
I could feel the sun and the birds gossiping
My eyes opened in despondency and my heart felt empty
I realised unwillingly that it was just a vision I was dreaming

...

I was in my castle, dressed for my coronation
Everyone waited for me but I waited for someone
Anonymous was his name, unascertained was his location
No one was more precious to me than that person

My eyes waited for him as I gazed out of the window
The royalties summoned me but nothing could convince this soul
As time passed by too quick for me to go
And be coronated in curiosity as my eyes waited for that soul

When I drew my last gaze upon the sky and then the gardens
I saw him moving out and my eye shed a tear
I cry "wait for me, here I come!" My voice did not reach his hearing sense
I run away to find him there, I hurry up in emerging fear

But again, everything vanished suddenly in vain so untimely
I could feel the sun and the birds gossiping
My eyes opened in despondency and my heart felt empty
I realised unwillingly that it was just a vision I was dreaming

Oh how I wish, I could see him, meet him, know him
But I can only see him in my dreams, asking me to find him
Yet another enigmatic mystery I am now wrapped in

Is he my certain love? I ask as I question who was he?

Anyways, don't forget to vote and comment and go read Strangers: the promise of true love. I've been working a lot behind the story so I hope you appreciate my efforts..
