Chat Noir stared all around him at the blue night. Everywhere he looked was a brilliant blue and it sparkled in every crevice of the canvas before him, or, to be specific, wherever he focused. He gazed into the beautiful and blue serenity and closed his eyes, breathing in the sweet scent beside him.
Chat continued to look at the sparkling blue until a red and black spotted hand waved in front of his face. He realized that he had been staring into Ladybug's sparkling blue eyes too long. So much so, that he had forgotten that he had even been staring at her eyes and not the sky. That view, was just too breathtaking and one, he hoped, he could see everyday in his future. Someday, she would be his wife.
The reason why Ladybug and Chat Noir were out of there houses this fine night, was because they were on a patrol. Of course, as always, Chat had forgotten that the purpose of this patrol had been to look out for bad guys. He just thought of it as some wonderful extra time with his lady. Chat truly did care about defending the city, he just loved every moment he had with Ladybug.
Chat kind of felt like a traitor saying this but he wasn't just in love with Ladybug, recently, he realized that he had a new crush. On the girl behind him in class. Her name was Marinette. She was adorable all the time and was an amazing designer and artist. She was also smart but there seemed like there was a secret hidden behind those intimate blue eyes.
Chat just had a hard time admitting it.
Ladybug did not feel the same feelings for Chat though. She, in fact, was Marinette who had another crush. It was on this amazing and completely handsome blonde haired, green eyed, sweet, smart, photogenic, rich (but she could care less about that) and most of all, kind, boy at school. His name was Adrian Agreste and compared to Chat, they were just such different people. Chat always flirted with her and never took how she felt into consideration, while Adrian was polite and............ in her eyes, barely knew she existed. All she was to him, was the girl who sat behind him in class. Not anyone special, just Marinette.
The beautiful maiden looked out into the stars and thought about her misfortune. She thought, she was supposed to be lucky, but how could she be, if the one she loved, didn't love her back? It was a hard thing to think about but it hit her so often.
The stars seemed to twinkle and beckon her to get it all out.
They made a very convincing argument.
Ladybug's lips quivered and a small tear escaped her eye. She blinked her eyes to try and keep the others from following but she just couldn't.
Chat Noir, deep in thought was interrupted by something twanging in his soul. He looked next to him and right there, a sight he had never imagined. His lady was crying. Chat nearly started to cry himself. It was hard to see Ladybug, always so strong and valiant, looking weak and ready to give up.
Chat scooted over. He placed his arm around her and slowly and gently, placed her weight on him. "Dear Lady, may I ask, what's wrong?" he curiously questioned.
She didn't respond.
In words at least.
She moved her hand over and placed it on top of Chat's hand. "I just need support now, kitty." Chat moved his hand a little and gripped hers. "I will be whatever you need me to be, my gorgeous lady." He knew it was risky but he planted a kiss in her dark midnight blue hair.
She sighed. "It's just this guy at my school......" she whispered to him. Chat's face burned red with anger and his soul stared to darken like the color of his suit. Whoever was messing with Ladybug would pay for it.
"Anyone who would ever wrong you would have to answer to me first," he said getting defensive. Ladybug was a little shocked but managed to answer. "No, he did nothing wrong to me," she murmured.
