Once the lunch time bell went off I went and found Elizabeth and Jake near our lockers talking and I said "Who's ready for lunch?" They laughed and raised their hands. When I felt some tickled my sides, I jumped and turned around to find out that it was Lucas he started laughing and so did my brother Aidan who was standing beside of him. I started to laugh and I could feel my face turning red. Lucas then said " who is ready for lunch?" We all raised our hands and headed to the cafeteria doors. Once inside we grabbed a table because we all brought our own lunches. I sat between Lucas and Elizabeth. I saw Lucas wasn't talking as much as usual and I saw that his jaw clenched and I followed his gaze and saw Caroline flirting with James the quarterback of our football team. I then tapped his shoulder and his head snapped in my direction and I said "Do you need to talk?" And he looked into my eyes for what seemed like hours but it was only about a minute or two " I will tell you everything later!" he promised. And I nodded.
