"Niall, look!" I mumbled excitedly, "It's our new flat!"

Niall nodded in agreement as he slowly opened the packet to his second burger, "Totally!"

We walked happily, turning the corner so that we could find the door to our flat 'till we collided with a teenage girl.

"Are you fucking kidding me?!"  She hissed; her tone of voice as friendly as a fire breathing dragon.

I sucked in a deep breath, about to chant apologies but she passed us and mumbled, "Thanks for ruining my morning, jerks." Damn, someone woke up on the wring side of the morning. What was her problem?

"Don't girls usually fawn over us?"  Niall mumbled, "I didn't expect that at all."

I chuckled, "No fawning for that one."

Niall bent down to pick up something and he grinned, "She dropped a pocketbook. He name is Rose, Rose Smith," He sighed and quickly added, "Gee aren't we great neighbors."

Rose Smith. In that moment I felt nothing but the urge to make it up to her. I glanced at Niall to see him reading things from the pocketbook.

"Oi, Irish lad ! We aren't pick pockets. Stop reading things from there."  I whispered-hissed at him, he simply replied with a grunt as he pocketed the book, that wicked grim of his, still plastered on his  features.

I sighed contently as I got off my bed. I skipped into the bathroom and quickly washed my face and put my hair up into my messy bun.

"Morning, darling." Emily smiled as she put the plate of eggs  on the table.

I smiled gratefully, "Your cooking smells fabulous, Em."

She flushed; she was never used to compliments. She quickly added, "Oh, dont flatter me! You are a much better cook than I am, and you know it. You're just far too lazy or far too into your studies to make yourself meals."

I smiled and thanked her for the food. She was right. Studies came first. I glanced around the kitchen and gasped, remembering what I was missing yesterday.

"Emily, have you seen a pocketbook?" I inquired, hopping of the stool i was on.

She shook her head and shrugged, "Nope, sorry."

I nodded and then BINGO, I remember! I dropped my books yesterday! I ran to the door -  thank the heavens-  remembered to put a robe on, due to the fact that I was still in my jammies.

"It better be out here." I mumbled to myself as I searched every possible cranny on the whole damned floor.

No clue where it is. I sighed and paused in front of the doorway to my flat, pondering whether I should go back in or not.

I hear a few chuckles and whispers from around the corner and I quickly masked the expression of pure horror on my face when I realized it was the boys from yesterday.

Don't remember me!  I chanted repeatedly in my head. I looked to the floor, my feet frozen in place. Maybe i can ignore them! Or or they'll just totally miss me and-
