Ella's pov
I wake up the next morning and realized that I have to go to school. Well at least it's not Union. We'll be going to Alex's old school which is near where we are staying so. We walk on the bus Alex's friend Naomi begins screaming when she sees Alex i can't believe that you are going to school for a few months I know I'm so excited, I say I'm not going to union! Who are they she asks Alex. Oh yeah Alex yells, that is Ella, Max, and Harvey. I sit down next to Alex. I see the boys from our school stare in shock when they heard that name. Did I also mention that Max is my boyfriend she adds. No you didn't Naomi says. Ok well Harvey is Ella's bf she adds on again. And she's back I had Tyler, darrion, and Jesse say. Yep she is I say. And I'll have to annoy you for the time that I missed I hear Alex says
Alex Ann's pov
I walk in with Max, Ella and Harvey and Naomi we all look up to see the popular kids I see Ryan fox and just walk away to sit down. Gavin walks in I yell at him he comes running up the stairs hey your back. Not for very long I say just a few months I add on. Well that's enough. He says smiling. Hey guys this is my best friend Gavin quick.
Nice to meet you Max says. Oh yeah Gavin this is my boyfriend Max Mills. I say. Nice to meet you he says. He Alex when you said that you got stared down bye the whole seventh grade girl population. Why? I ask maybe because of them. If you have a problem with me I yell come over here and tell me why I add on. I see a girl is that............ Mariana! Yep she says and who is that dream boat she says. I see Max look at me with confusion. It's an expression i say. Sorry but I'm already taken he says by her he says pointing down at my short self. Ok whatever but this isn't over she says he will be mine she adds on. Or not Ella and Naomi say.
Max's pov
Who is that? I'm so confused right now I guess Alex is going to be protecting me and her friends while we're here. And Naomi will protect her so. Well and Ella I think to myself
Hey guys who was that I ask questionably. Oh that is Mariana Padilla she is one of the popular ones Alex says. She steals everyone's boyfriends, friends and makes siblings turn on each other Naomi adds on. I hear the bell ring Alex is already all the way down the bleachers. Wait for me I yell.
(3 hour later)
Alex Ann's pov
I walk into my favorite class and sit next to Ella and Naomi. I see Max sit behind me and Harvey behind Ella. Welcome back Ms. Cooper says to me. Every body welcome back our 4th hour class representative! She adds on. I look ahead and smile. I look behind me and see Ryan and max giving each other the dead mans eye.
Ella's pov
I see Alex with a look on self doubt. I tap on her shoulder to see what was wrong I see a tear running down her face. I turn to Max. You need to cheer her up and stop having paranoia you realize that she loves you and wouldn't date anybody but you. Now fix my best friend and stop worrying about you I whisper to him.
(I was inspired by this attitude that Ella has from my best friend Ella ellaoffical15  she is a very inspirational writer I love her work. She is writing currently who would've known so go read and vote for her book! Love you all!)
Max's pov
So Ella must be right if she thinks something wrong with Alex. Well let's see what happens at lunch
~30 minutes~
We walk into the Lunch room Alex's hand in mine. I see Ella keeping a close eye on me and Ryan until she goes to get food than she's gone. I walk up to the line and get my lunch I see Ryan coming at my way with a very fast pace and he looks angry I see with my phone screen. Hey you prippy fancy boy I turn around to see Ryan. Yes and my name is Max for your information also I'm the bad boy of my family, your thinking of Harvey. I see you know our town sweet heart Alex. Yeah I know her way to well I say. What is that suppose to mean! He screams. Are you some idiot I yell. I see Alex peer her head up and remove her headphones she smiles and waves I wave back. I look to Ryan. Hey dude we're dating, me and Alex are dating I say.
What! He screams again. Yeah try to get over it I say and I turn around and walk into the line. Hey, you, me, outside 10 minutes I hear him add on. Fine what ever I say.
Ten minutes later
I walk outside and see Ryan and I see Alex with Naomi and Gavin. I look back to Ryan he has his fist up. Alex looks back she sees that Ryan is threatening me and run in front of me. Ryan do me a favor............ Don't do this............... Please don't do this you do realize who this is right. No who is this he yells at her...... You want to know what she went up to him and slapped him for your information this is my boyfriend you lay a hand on him is threading me while your at it. He looks at her than to me than to her again.
