" well, what'da we do with her?" The fairy was woken by a gruff voice and the sound of heavy feet hitting the ground.

" what we did with the rest of them." This voice sounded younger and smother. But had a venom to it. It sounded like snake. Footsteps began to walk away to what she assumed was a cart or some sort of transportation. It sent a stab of fear through her, what did he mean, the others?

"But she's different ant she?" She heard the footsteps halter, and someone turned.

" how so?" The voice sounded regale and deep. Great, she thought, another person, or beast for that matter. Though she doubted this it could be possible.

" well, she got wings. And look at dat hare." She felt a big grubby hand tug on her white hair and involuntary flinched away. As quick as it came the hand retracted.

" quick, get her into cart before dumbo wakes her up." It was snaky again. She felt hands grasp onto her and lift her up into the air. The fairy's eyes snapped open and she claud at the hands around her. She felt her long nail pierce skin and she heard a loud grunt as she was dropped to the hard earth. She scrambled to her feet and tried to run. She only had one chance at freedom. Her heart fell as her feet caught and tripped in her dress. Over and over she cursed it as she fell once again to the ground. This time her wing was bent underneath her. through the blinding pain she could not bring herself to stand up and once again run.
She heard corse laughter and finely polished black boots stepped in front of her. She looked up and saw a tall, thin man with striking features. He's hair was white and it stuck the fairy that he could have magic in his blood. One of his eyes was a bright blue while that other a yellowing green. He looked like he had a permanent smirk stuck on his face. He was dressed in a red over coat with gold lining buttoned up to his neck. He looked young, maybe in his in early twenties or late teens. He bent down still chuckling to himself and fished a rope from a belt he wore holding and an assortment of tools. Including a long curved blade. The fairy gulped and wished that the crow had not deserted her. The man bent down and tied the rope around her neck. She tried to glare at him but he would not meet her eyes. When he finally did she did not see the malice she expected, but instead she saw a slight hint of sorrow and pity. Then as if it had never existed his eyes hardened and he grasped her now tied neck and hefted her to he feet.
