Dan never liked himself. He always found flaws. Everyone he knew was happy and he wasn't, until Phil came along. They quickly became friends, then boyfriends.

Dan was crying he didn't want to leave, even if it was for the best. They were miles away from home. It was around midnight on an empty country road. Phil looked at Dan and gave him a reassuring smile.

Phil promised that he would buy new ones for him and Dan. They were getting tired and found a small town, somewhat deserted. They decided to stay there for a night.
