After a few days, Nobody knows that Xialoung town will attack their towns... Many people didn't survive because of that...

After a tragic happened one girl survived, She is Sandra,she is inside the cave, when a boy rescue her... His name is Xiao, He get Sandra and they go to Xialoung hospital... Several days Sandra is recovering but the doctors couldn't explain the sick of Sandra..
They are worried why the doctors couldn't explain the sick of Sandra...

In 1974
Xiao bring Sandra to another city and it is the Shangzai town. Where the doctors are good at healing, So Xiao bring Sandra there... They met a professional doctor who named Doctor Yasunaga, she is a girl that saves a lot... Sandra is in recovery now, but Yasunaga will try to search so she can talk to Xiao what is the sick of Sandra.. After a few days, It is Sandra's birthday, Xiao buy a gift for Sandra.. Several minutes, Sandra is excited to open the gift...While Xiao is buying her gift..While waiting for Xiao... Yasunaga talks to Sandra about her family, After their conversation.. Yasunaga gave a gift to Sandra. She open the gift and it is only a string... Sandra is confused of Yasunaga's gift. Yasunaga told her that her gift is so special.. After a few minutes Xiao is already in room 518 where Sandra is located.. Xiao gave his gift to Sandra. After opening his gift, Sandra is worried because of Xiao's gift because this is only a colored paper...
In the night Sandra is already sleeping

She is so happy and shock in her room it's so beautiful there are full of colorful paper cranes with a string to swing... There are cakes and balloons and Yasunaga and Xiao sing Happy Birthday... Sandra is so happy because she loved paper cranes...

Yasunaga found the sick of Sandra and it is Stage 2 lung cancer... They are so sad because of the sick of Sandra..Xiao is looking to Sandra, Because Sandra is looking happily at the paper cranes hanging. Xiao go down to buy some foods at the canteen... After they eat Yasunaga go inside the room and talks to Xiao.. Sandra needs to check her body if the stage of cancer is high or low... After checking Sandra's sick the cancer go up, Sadly the cancer is stage 3...And Sandra needs an operation which cost
