Caught the Heart of an Angel

She giggled as he spun her around the room, her hair flying wildly behind her. He smiled at her joy. Her smile will forever be one of the most amazing things he's seen.

Pulling her back to him, he gazed lovingly down at her, causing her to giggle.

"What is it?"

"Nothing, my dear. Just enjoying the view."

She blushed and pushed at his chest, "Oh, stop it."

"Stop what, my love?" He teased.

"You're making me blush!" She pouted.

He chuckled at her childish actions and kissed her nose, causing the blush to worsen.

"You're cute when you blush though."

She slapped his arm playfully, her face burning.

He smiled before grasping her chin and pulling her face to his in a sweet kiss.

Seeing as she had to stand on her tip toes to reach his lips, he quickly lifted her by her waist, causing her to gasp and hold onto his neck tighter as well as wrap her legs around his waist. She placed her hands on his face as they parted to breathe. He reached his hand up and traced his fingers gently over the side of her face.

"You truly are gorgeous, my dear."

"As are you, my love."

He pecked her lips once more before placing her on the ground and taking her hand.

"I have something to show you. Follow me."

He led her down a long hall, the temperature gradually getting warmer as they continued.

The heat made her become slightly uneasy, but she trusted in Lucifer, and held onto his hand a little tighter as he pushed open a large wooden door.

Gasping, she threw her hand over her mouth in shock.

There next to Lucifer's large black throne was a slightly smaller throne adorned with jewels and white flowers. Sitting in the seat of it was a golden tiara, which he retrieved and brought back to her.

"Darling, I love you so. You have made my dark life bright again." He placed the tiara atop her head and took her hands in his. "Would you do me the great honor of becoming my queen and rule alongside me for all of eternity?"

Her breath caught in her throat as she whispered, "I would love nothing more, my king."
