I had been watching the clock for hours. Well.. It felt like hours..  I also had a strange feeling that someone or something was watching ME. i guessed it was just then the silence in the house because my ma and pa was out. Tick, tock, tick, tock, went the clock. Suddenly my phone beeped, i jumped with joy hoping it was ma.. But my joy was quickly rushed away. It was Kai. Ugggggghh, not again. I mean out of ALL the other girls in my year he liked meeeeeee, soooooo annoying. I guess he's kinda cute but he texts me EVERDAY. May as well.. I have nothin betta to do..

Maya: what's its today?
Kai: what do u mean baby..? 😊

Kai: u free today?

I put my phone down and went to the window. We don't have curtains in our house, we have blinds which are really stiff. It took a while to open them and my phone kept beeping, it was probably Kai telling me to go outside but i wanted to check what it was first. When I FINALLY got the blinds open i saw Kai waving at me. I yanked the window open and yelled at him, "What the what are you doing here?" He shrugged "thought id come pick you up meself, ain't nothin wrong with that". I rolled my eyes "double negative" I pointed out. I have mega grammar OCD. "Whatever baby. Are you coming with me then?" He grinned at me. He's such an idiot. "I said NO". He smirked at me again. "And don't call me baby", I quickly added, going a little bit red. I hoped he wouldn't notice, but he clearly did because he said, "Your blushing". "N-No I'm not", I replied sharply. "Yes you are", he repeated. "Shut up", I said, slamming the window. I could hear a muffled yell from outside. I ignored him and went to my room. I slipped on my denim jacket and my converse. My hand hovered over my beenie, was that going a little bit far? Yeah.. Just a bit. I ran to the door, I laughed because I could still hear Kai yelling outside. I opened it and stuck my tongue out at him. "You left me.." He said, frowning and pretending to cry. I laughed again, my mouth quickly going over my mouth. "See.. I knew you liked me", he smirked coming over to me and putting his arm round my shoulders. "Umm.. What are you doing?" I blushed, taking his arm off my shoulder. "C'mon baby", he moaned. "No. Where are we going then?" I replied. "Y-Your coming?" He stuttered, looking confused. "Yes. Where are we going?" I repeated. "Um.. I thought we.. We could w..walk along the s.. Sea front?" He mumbled. "Sure", I shrugged. He put his arm around me again, this time I didn't reject it. "Again..?" I said, trying to act frustrated. "Please sweetheart.." He sighed. "Ugh.. Fine", I said looking the other way. I guess we could be friends..
