"Please tell me a story, Samantha." "Ok, I will tell you a true one. You know how I went missing for a day?" "Yeah, why?" "I will tell you."... A few months ago, I found out that my friend is a unicorn undercover sent to spy on me. Turns out, her herd kidnaps people and make them their ruler. Pretty cool, huh? As you know, I am a nine year old girl named Samantha. I am as just as normal as you are. I go to school every day, I go home and eat, I go to sleep. I was normal until the day Molly moved in next door. Molly is a sweet little girl with jet black hair and tan skin. She has pink lips and emerald green eyes. The moment I saw her, I knew she was different. I just couldn't put my finger on it. The following day, I invited her to play in the meadow at the edge of the woods. I gestured for her to sit across from me. I taught her how to make daisy chains. "So," I said after we got settled. "Tell me a little about yourself."  "Well," Molly said clearly thinking hard. "I used to live in Florida before we moved here."  She told me all about her little rental house that she used to live in and about how exiting it would always be to go on Splash Mountain in Disney World. She had this sort of sparkle in her eyes as she was telling me all of this. It was a sort of light, a sort of magic. She noticed me staring at her in a uncomfortable way. She shifted into a better position. "Well, enough about me. How about you? I would swear that you were mute if I had never heard you talk." All of the sudden, I felt like I just came out of a trance. "Well," I said, tanken aback. "Life here in Oregon is pretty pleasant at the time. My uncle lives with us right now because he could not pay off his bills on his house. I have a horse named Blueberry. You can ride her if you want." I said, climbing to my feet and offering my hand to help her up. "Thank you so much for the offer," Molly said, while brushing her hair out of her face. "I have this sort of bond with animals, if you will." "Samantha?" She said with a look I have never seen before. "I want to show you something."  I looked at her wondering what in the world she would possibly want to show me after being here for just one day. There was a bright flash of light and I got the feeling I was not in Oregon any more. TO BE CONTIUED...
