The hands for "My God's not dead" represents God, for we haven't seen His face, so I imagine Him as hands reaching down from Heaven
The eye for "He's surely alive" represents being alive, I made it wide to make it seem even more alive
The body with the heart and swirls for "He's living in the inside" represents He's living on the inside, the heart and swirls represents being alive and living.
The lion roaring for "He's roaring like a lion" is self explanatory.
