Chapter 25

~Ashley's POV~
I just kept hugging him since I knew I wouldn't be able to again in a while. Everything was just a blur but then I started to hear the screams from all the fans get louder. I opened my eyes and saw Carter with watery eyes. I like Carter but I love Jc. I always will. We finally pulled away from the hug but we never let go of each other. We stared into each other's eyes and started to smile. Jc's eyes looked like he wanted to cry and I hate seeing him like that. "I miss you so much Ashley" "I miss you more Jc" I pulled him into another kiss but this one was so much more passionate than the other one. We pulled away and started blushing like crazy. Did that mean as much as it did to Jc as it did to me? I'll ask him later. I walked off the stage and I just went into the back room. I started crying a little bit but I kept myself together. I miss Jc so god damn much it's not even funny. I was in my phone when I felt a tap in my shoulder. I turned around and saw Johnson. "Oh hey why aren't you out there?" "Actually I came to get you, all the fans want you to sing!" "Oh um am I singing alone or can I sing with Shawn or you and Jack?" "It doesn't matter as long as we hear your voice" I smiled and followed him into the stage. I walked past Jc and we just smiled at each other. "Um alright hey everyone! Um I wasn't really prepared to sing but I guess I'll choose a song that has a lot of meaning to me right now. I hope you guys enjoy!" The crowd started screaming and I ran up to Mahogany's Dj booth. I whispered into her ear what song I was singing and she said "oh I love that song" I smiled and ran back the the stage and pulled out the microphone. Mahogany started playing "When I look at you" by Miley Cyrus and I started just humming to it. (A/N song is above to listen to it while reading)

I looked up and saw everyone clapping and screaming. I looked over to the boys and they were all in shock. I guess none of them knew I could sing. I smiled and walked back over to Mahogany. "Was I okay?" "You were beyond okay! I didn't know you could sing that amazing" "Thanks Mo" I walked back over the side of the stage where all the guys were at. Shawn was the first one to come up to me. "Oh my god Ashley why didn't I know you could sing so amazing?!" "Thanks Shawny" I said and kissed his cheek. Jc then came up to me and hugged me. "I guess you still can sing?" "Yeah I guess since your the only one that knew I could haha" This is what I loved. Singing and making people smile. Matt then came up to me and gave me a little piece of paper. Huh that's weird. All the guys went back on stage so I opened the paper up.
"Dear Ashley,
I miss you so much and I just want to hug you right now. Anyways I was wondering if you can open up the side door because I sent you a surprise gift. Thanks and I love you

Awe so sweet! I opened up the side door and almost started to cry. Kian flew all the way here to see me! I pulled him into a huge hug and I wouldn't let go. I wrapped my arms around his neck and he lifted me up. He put me down and we pulled away from our hug. "K-Kian what are you doing here?! I thought you were going to LA!" "Well I am in 2 days but I needed a proper good bye from you first" I started smiling and pulled him into another hug. "Hey I didn't lie when I said I have a surprise for you though. Hold on a second" He went around the corner and came back with a huge bouquet of white roses. My favorites! I just wanted to cry because I'm so fucking happy right now. "Thank you so much Kian" "So I heard you sang today!" "Yeah I did but I have to tell you something even more better. So during the Q&A a girl asked for me and Jc to kiss and we did and it just felt so amazing. For the rest of the day, he hasn't been awkward around me at all and we have been smiling a lot towards each other. Good news huh?!" "Oh um yeah um congrats Ashley" Why did his personality just change? I love his fun goofy side! "What's wrong Kian? You know you can tell anything right?" "I like you okay?! I have for a long time but I never told you because we're friends. I just can't stop thinking about you. Why else do you think I flew here? Ashley I like you a lot and it hurts because you only think of us as friends" He said a little sad at the end. He likes me? I just don't know what to tell him. I mean Kian has always been there for me but I love Jc. "Look Kian I like you too but as a friend. It might change in the future or it may not. I'm just in a tough spot right now with Jc. I love you Kian, I do but as a friend. I'm sorry" He looked devastated but he looked up at me and stared into my eyes. Kian's eyes were just so special that I couldn't take mine off of his. He started to lean in and I did too. He put his hands on my cheeks and pulled me closer. Our lips finally attached and it was amazing. Not as good as mine and Jc's kiss but pretty high up there.
