Help ~Take the Pain

We all have our moments,

Success.

Failure.

Sadness.

We all have all broken down and cried. Those over excessive cryers are fine just the way they are. They show emotion and that they care. Some will hold it in and keep a smile on their face. What we don't know is they could be crying themselves to sleep. It is perfect to cry.

If you hold it in, that emotion will build up then break down. You will feel,

Lost.

Alone.

Depressed.

That feeling could bring you to the lowest extent self harm and even worse death.

Take the time to tell someone how you feel before it s too late. They can help you. Even a stranger will care enough to help you.

Don't take the cold blade to your skin. It may stop for a minute as you run it down your arm. The anger and pain will release making you calm. For bewre if you do the opposite it might just get you hooked.
