•Foreword•

When I enter my home I am welcomed by silence and darkness. I wonder where my parents and my siblings left to, they couldn't have all left to sleep yet would they? It's not even that late.

I sigh tired and sore, even that injury in my neck made from that crazy lunatic hurts like hell! I literally never felt a greater pain than that. It felt like two needles injected in my skin but yet again there were some other deeper feeling that didn't involve pain or anything too physical. It was like....I don't know....There were mixed feelings there and one of them.....I don't really know what i'm thinking about, it was all just a weird experience and I just need some rest.

I place my bag on the table when I shadow crossed my side view but when I look up startled there was no one there. " Channie?" I call for my little brother but only silence responded to me. I shake it off and continue undressing my tie, but another shadow appears in my vision and I halt whatever activity I was doing. My heart begins to beat and I felt scared, I gulp and walk near the hallway from where I saw the shadow.

My hands roam on the wall until I find the light switch and switch it on and to my relief there was nothing out of the ordinary there.

At least that's what I thought until I turned around......
