zero: an introduction

AN INTRODUCTION: CHELSEA

to chelsea, books were an entire other world of her own.

she could pick up any random book, and in moments, she was escaping her reality into another that she couldn't have dreamed of before turning the first page.

and she never did entirely understand the concept, but she loved it for so many reasons unknown to anyone who didn't have something like this to love. anyone who didn't have something to grab onto and hold, like books, or a favourite movie series - things like these were something so sacred and special to her, it was like a secret to keep from the popular kids, who, more often than not, wouldn't ever need an escape from their own social life - or in Chelsea's case: lack of social life.

because in her opinion, going to the local library enough to befriend the librarians would always be better than befriending any local drug dealer.

and ever since she picked up her first proper, lengthy book at eight years old, she realised that life just didn't have the same adventures in store for her as these papers did.

and maybe that was okay, because her favourite books always ended tragically anyway.

AN INTRODUCTION: EZRA

Ezra was never really a fan of people.

unless they had super strength, or super speed, or they were his mum, he decided that they just weren't worth his time.

some might call him ignorant and childish, and whilst they were right to some degree, they just didn't understand that all he wanted to do was spend his time watching movies and reading comics about stories and characters that got him excited.

there was just something about the fact that there were endless amounts of alternate universes to explore, and all he had to do was walk to his local comic book store to find them.

and so all Ezra Miller could ever dream of in a future: was to lose himself in his favourite comics, grow old (unless he dies a really cool death at twenty five years old), and die alone.

anyway, i saw the justice league trailer and omg Ezra's going to bE FREAKING GREAT OMGG KSKD (and the movie will be so good), and anywayayayayay i'm v proud of Ezra,, also he's gonna be so famous after omg he deserves it he's such a good actor?? so here's a fic for anyone that looks on wattpad to find that there aren't many about him :(
