chapter 17: Our love is now the new thing

A week past which makes today Leo and my 1 month anniversary we planned to skip school so we can spend the whole day together.

I woke up in the morning by mum shaking me saying "Jade, Jade. Wake up."

"What, what?" I said hitting mum's hands off me.

"Read this now, look at it." She shoved the magazines into my hands.

They title was Leo's new girl! There was a picture of Leo leaving my house and then another with us kissing, good thing that it is a bit far away and a bit blurry. Underneath the pictures it said Leo Howard a young teenage boy was in America acting but now in New Zealand dating a no body, he goes to school with her and took her to America to meet her parents and his friends. They are doing a movie that gets followed by a T.V series in 2 months. We need to find out her this girl is but we are not sure, if someone knows email or text us and you will receive a big cash prize but only if you can tell us her name, how long they have been going out and a picture of them kissing or going out, kissing would be the best.

"What, how did they now?" I asked when I finished reading the paragraph.

Mum was about to answer but my phone went off it was Leo.

"Hold on, I need to take this." I said to mum motioning her out "Could you please leave my room so I can take this?"

"Yeah, yeah. Bye, talk to you later then." Mum said as she was backing out of my room and closing my door.

"Hey, you OK?" I asked when I answer my phone

"Hey, um not really." Leo said a little bit angry "Have you read the magazine, how did they find out?"

"I don't know, someone might of told the magazine company. but ..."

"What, tell me do you know who it was?"

Leo sounding so angry he was almost yelling in the phone.

"I have to go, I will call you back as soon as I have seen some people. Just relax OK?"

"OK," he took a deep breath and said " I love you."

"I love you too, just relax. Bye."

"Bye."

After I got dressed I mainly run over to the king of hell, Conan Hayman, when I got there I almost smashed the door down. Mrs Hayman answered the door and said "Hi Jade, what brings you over here?"

She went to give me a hug but I just pushed her away "Where is he?" I yelled so loud that she had to put her hands over her ears.

I stormed in the house going straight to his room (I had been there once or twice when we were going out), when I smashed into his bedroom door I forgot that it is early in the morning and that he would still be asleep. I turned on his light and yelled "Get up."

I saw a glass of water by his bed and poured it on his face. He woke up in a shock "What the hell are you doing here?" He asked when he noticed who I was.

"This," I chucked the magazines in his face "how dear you tell the magazine companies."

I folded my arms while he was reading the magazines. "Who told them?" Conan said when he was finished looking though the magazines.

"Don't play dumb, I know it was you that told them. Why did you?" I yelled back at him.

"OK, maybe it was me. But how did you know it was me, they only came out this morning. You and Leo were meant to go on a double date with Charlie and Mateo."

"Ooh, well first that was last week gosh you don't get the news much do you on what's going on. Second because we get it sent to us as soon as it comes out and third because I should have known that you would get back at me for braking your nose and kicking you in your nuts. Do you really think that I'm stupid or something?"
