I Need You

Scarlett POV:

I woke up in a hospital. A nurse came in. "Um... exuse me" I said. "Yes my dear" she said turning around. "Who brought me here?" I asked. Last I remeber was yelling at the Joker and being loaded into a car. I don't know whos because my eyes were blury from the crying. "Batman. My dear. You were covered in blood and many were infected. Salt was also in your blood stream. We had to clean that out. Do you know how it got there" she said. "The guy that created these wounds poured salt into them." I sighed. "You were abused?" She said shocked. I nodded my head and a tear started to fall. "Oh honey it's not your fault" she said comming over and givjng me a gentle hug because of the wounds. "I know but what happened after was. I don't want to talk about it though." I said wiping my eyes. "Ok. Do you have any family you would like to see?" She asked rubbing my back. "I don't have any left. My dad was killed frim being in dept with a drug dealer and my mum commited suicide from my dad dying" I said. "Oh I'm sorry" she said. "But I do have Bruce and Alfred" I said. "Bruce as in Bruce Wayne?" She said waving her arms around. "Yes?" I said. "Would you like me to call him?" She asked. "Yes please" I said. She left the room with a nod of her head.
About an hour later Bruce walked in. "Hey you wanted to talk" he said dragging a chair up to my bed side. "I wanted to know what I said to him. Joker" I said looking down. "You just said to leave you alone. You were petrified and had just been abused I'm sure you are allowed to yell at the guy" he said grabbing my hand and drawing circles on it. "And what happened with Rowen?" I asked. "I went back there this morning and saw him dead. There were words around him writen in his own blood as well" He said. "What did it say?" I questioned. "Hurt my gurl, I hurt you" he said. "Joker killed him" I stated. "I thought as much" he said. I laughed. "Do yoy want to stay with us? Me and Alfred?" He asked. I nodded.
When the doctor came back Bruce had filled out the forms to take me home. He helped me out of the bed and helped me stand up. My legs still hurt so he picked me up bridle style and carried me out of the hospital. He shielded me from the camera flashes and placed me into the car. "Come on lets go home" he said starting the car. The drive was silent mainly because I fell asleep. When we arrived Bruces jacket was layed over me. He must of done it while I was asleep. He held the door open for me and I hobbled my way through the door. He picked me up again and took me to the spare room. He layed me on the sofa in the room. "Do you want to borrow one of my shirts?" He asked. "If its not to much trouble" I replied. "Its not. I will go and get your stuff from your apartment later" he stated. "Thank you for everything, Bruce" I said. "No worries. I couldn't leave you homeless" Bruce said smiling. "I doubt I would of been home less." I said. He chuckled. "Are you sure?" He said. I nodded and smiled. He turned and left to get me a shirt.
While I was waiting Alfred came in. "Good evening Ms Scarlett" he said. "Please Alfred we went over this. It's just Scarlett" I said. "Right sorry. Would you like any thing?" He asked. "Some coffee would nice and a bit of Ice cream" I said. "Of course. I will bring it to you right away" he said. "Thank you" I said. He left and Bruce came back with a shirt. "Here you go" he said handing it to me. "Thankyou" I said. I got up and went to the bathroom and put on the shirt. When I came back Bruce was wearing was what I pressumed were his PJs. Alfred had set the ice cream and coffee on the table. I walked over sat myself down and ate my food. When I was finished I sunngled up into Bruce's side and fell asleep. I felt safe. He adjusted himself and soon fell asleep. I could only think about J. Is he ok? Do I miss him?

Joker POV:

The house was a mess. Things were turned upside down. She had left the hospital and now she is with Bruce.  He will look after her right? I can still see her? I'm sure he will let me? I did prove that I care. I practically ordered him to help me. Oh I miss you Scar. Far too much.
"Sir" a goon said. "What do you want Benjamin?" I said. "We are going to rob a bank to cheer you up" he said. "Bats is looking after her. He needs to look after her. But we can pay Penguin a visit" I said. "Even better" Benjamin said. "Great! Get the boys ready" I said.
I love you Scar. Maybe I could send her something of mine to cheer her up. To show I still care. Enough of that. Lets go get me a Penguin!

A/n-
Omg Suicide Squad Is out tomoz. I should be going to see it soon. I cant wait. I might also add in parts to the story but I will not include Spoliers. Im not that mean. 😜
