Chapter 6

3rd person POV

It had been about a month since Frenchy had talked to Bradie and he was starting to worry about him. He wanted to tell Bradie that he and Mitch were now together and that he was finally happy but he didn't know how Bradie would act.

Frenchy decided that after he ate lunch he would go to Mike's and talk to Bradie. Mitch wanted to go with but he had to do some stuff with Scott.

~Time skip after lunch~

Bradie's POV

I had just finished lunch with Mike when someone knocked on the front door. I got up from the table and walked through the the house. Once I opened the door and saw that it was Frenchy I turned around and ran up stairs.

Mike's POV

I looked out into the living room to find Bradie running up the stairs. 'What the hell has gotten into her' I thought and I got up to check and see who was at the door. Once I got there I looked up to see Frenchy staying there with flowers, candy, and wine.

"Ummmm, Can I come in"

"Yeah, sure"

Bradie's POV

I stood at the top of the stairs as Mike talked to Frenchy. Frenchy had flowers, candy, and wine which is unlike him. I know he wants to talk to me but I don't know if I can forgive him for pushing me away for a month.

"Bradie I can see you"

"No Mike"

"Bradie get down here before I come up and get you"

I thought on it for a minute before deciding it would be best to just go down and talk to him.

Frenchy's POV

It took her a minute but Bradie made it down stairs with a look of defeat.

"Hi Bradie"

"Hey Frenchy"

"I brought you some flowers and candy and wine but I don't think you drink"

"No I don't"

"BRADIE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD JUST FORGIVE HIM"

I jumped at the sudden outburst by her friend, but Bradie looked as if she was going to cry and I was correct she ran back up the stairs sobbing. Her friend took off after her leaving me standing in the middle of the living room by myself.

A few minutes later I heard a door slam and her friend walked back down the stairs in defeat. Took the stuff from my hands and set it on the coffee table.

Mike's POV

My attempt at getting Bradie to listen failed. She refuses to come out of her room and she even slammed the door in my face. After all that I walked down the stairs to find her Frenchy just standing there. He looked tired so I took the stuff from him and made him sit down. He flopped down on the couch the couch with a heavy sigh before he broke down in tears.
'Damn my day sucks so far' I thought as I figured out a way to try and comfort Frenchy.

Comforting Bradie is easy just let her do it on her own but I can tell he needs someone to hold him. In the midst of my thinking another person knocked on my door. So I got up from the couch and opened the door.

"Hey can I come in"

I stood there shocked for a moment to find Mitch Grass I standing on my front porch but I let him in. He immediately ran to Frenchy and started to comfort him.

As all this was going down I didn't see Bradie slowly walk down the stairs and sit on the couch next to Frenchy. I only noticed that she was there once she leaned up from giving him a hug.

Bradie's POV

I had just stepped out of my room to hear Frenchy crying and Mitch run in the house. I quickly but slowly made my way down the stairs to say sorry to Frenchy and forgive him. I sat on the couch next to him. Mitch did glare at me a bit but soon turned to look at Frenchy. Mitch started to comfort him in a very careful and kind way. I almost envied Mitch for being able to comfort people as it is not something I am gifted with.

Frenchy turned and faced me and hugged the life out of me. I hugged back and whispered sorry in his ear over and over again and with every word I said to him he started to cry harder and harder.
