I haven't been talking to Kaylah in a couple of days and it's been kind of dull. I mean she's still my bestfriend. We just had a little argument.
I know for sure she wont leave me alone today when I enter the school. I walked out of my room and down the hallway. "Hey ma." I greeted.
"Hey baby." She kissed my cheek and patted my head.
"No breakfast today." I pouted.
"No. Make some cereal. Ill be back later than usual today." She announced making me furrow my eyebrows.
"Why?" I asked reaching for the cabinet to get a bowl.
"I have a lot of work I have to catch up on. Ill see you around 11:30." She kissed my forehead and grabbed her keys.
"Okay ma. Later." I waved at her as I opened the fridge to get the milk. I placed it on the counter and a Ramen came into the kitchen.
"Morning." I greeted.
"Morning." He groaned grabbing the milk carton from me and drinking the milk from it.
I cringed and hit his bare chest. "I was gonna use that."
"Sorry." He wiped his lips off with his hand and handed me the milk carton. "Here."
I didnt take and just poored in my cereal eating it dry. He shrugged and went back to drinking it. "Dog." I muttered.
He laughed putting the half fulled milk carton into the fridge. "Kaylah didn't come over this weekend. Why?" He asked.
"Why do you care? Wanted more hickeys?" I spat making him roll his eyes.
"No. You guys are good friends. I dont want all that to end over a dumb argument."
I squinted at him before I went back to eating my dry cereal. "Well that's why she wasn't here. We had an argument. But she'll probably bother me for forgiveness today."
"Maybe." He shrugged walking out of the kitchen. I let out a huff of air before finishing my dry breakfast.

Ramen just dropped me off and there was no sign of Kaylah anywhere.
I cant lie. I was disappointed. She would always wait for me here. Maybe shes inside the school. I thought.
I walked in and still nothing. I frowned deeply. I'll see her in second period. I shrugged as I walked pass the teens in the hall talking, most gossiping.
"Hey biatch." I heard a familiar voice that made me turn and smile.
"Hey Sammy." I greeted.
"You seem upset. What's on your mind." He asked walking beside me.
"Nothing. Im not upset either. Just being quiet." I half lied walking to my locker.
"Okay. Heard from Kaylah, yet?" He asked.
"No. Maybe she didn't come today." I shrugged putting in my combination.
"No, she came." He muttered.
"What. Where is she." My voice was urging and impatient.
"She was talking to a girl last time I saw her. It looks like they were flirting." He answered.
I slammed my locker shut and faced him. "Where did you last see her." I asked and he put his hands up in surrender.
"Calm down. She was by the gate to the back." He answered.
