But he is our ditzy, insensitive, childish redhead who's only talents are annoying people and chess (seriously, how the heck is he good at chess?). He was adopted by Marcus under Idony's orders. He hates close-toed shoes and loves books. He wants to be a librarian when he grows up, like Marcus. He is the captain of the Idony x Marcus ship. He actually has a girlfriend, Berlyne's sister Chara. You can imagine how Berlyne feels about that, but it was a match made in heaven, as Chara is a bit of an airhead herself.
