"BEAN, HURRY UP! WE ARE GONNA BE LATE!" Savanna yelled through the door.
I was currently getting ready for a baseball game. Over the years, Vanna found that baseball was one of our favorite sports. She managed to get two tickets to the Yankees game, but what she didn't know was that when she told me about the tickets that I did some research on who was singing the National Anthem and found out that it was One Direction. Little does she know that I am talking to their manager to see about being their personal trainer while we are going to be at the game.
"Okay, I'm ready! You driving or am I?" Vanna's quick remark told me that she wanted to drive her Jeep.
As we got everything loaded into the Jeep, I hopped into the passenger seat of the Jeep and went straight for the bluetooth.
"Bean. you better play music that will get be pumped for this baseball game!" Savanna yelled, the first song that I played was 'Dick In A Box' by Lonely Island.
As soon as Vanna heard 'Dick In A Box', she turned and looked at me like, 'Why are you doing this to me?' As soon as the song goes off, I switched it to 'Jordan Belfort.' Vanna started to sing the song and I had realized that she was an amazing singer. Now I know why she is pursuing a career in singing.
"Vanna?"
"Yes, Bean?"
"What would you do if I told you that I have a meeting with Paul while we are at the Yankees game?" The next thing I heard was Vanna scream and ask me if I'm serious. "Yes, I'm serious! I'm meeting with him to see if I can be the boys personal trainer once I finish my senior year and he agreed to meet with me during the game since the boys are singing the National Anthem!"
"BEAN!!!!!! Do you understand my obsession with One Direction?!?"
"Yes, I do! Vanna, I realized that you had an obsession with them once I walked into your room and saw all the posters on the wall."
"Sorry, my obsession carried on into college."
"Vanna, it's normal! I like em too, okay, mostly Niall."
"GOOD! You can have Niall because Harry is mine and Louis is basically my twin."
"Okay, now get out of the Jeep. Vanna, we have a pass to get in before they open the gates so that I can talk to Paul and yes, the boys will be there so be calm!"
"Hi, are you Paul? I'm Sabrina, I was the one who emailed asking about a meeting to be the boys' personal trainer. Oh, and this is my best friend, Savanna, she is a performing arts major."
"Hi, yes! It's nice to meet both of you, let me introduce you to the boys; this is Niall, Louis, Liam, Zayn, and Harry!"
"Hey loves!" All the boys chimed in.
As soon as they said that, I glanced at Vanna and noticed that her and Harry were starring at each other.
"Okay, boys you need to to go rehearse while I have this meeting."
"Bye y'all! It was a pleasure to meet y'all!" Vanna and I said at the same time.
The meeting with Paul was about over
"Paul, are you and the boys staying to watch the game?"
"Yes, we have box seats. Would you and Savanna like to join? I'm sure that the boys would like to get to know their personal trainer."
"We would love to join y'all."
Once we finish talking, we head to the box seats that the boys got so that we can watch them sing the National Anthem. I do admit Once Direction did an amazing job singing the National Anthem.
"Sabrina, I will be right back. I am going to go down and get the boys so that they aren't swarmed by fans."
"Okay Paul, me and Vanna will stay here."
....
"I can't believe that you helped me meet One Direction!"
"It wasn't that big of a deal, I had a meeting with Paul anyways and I figured that you'd want to meet the boys."
"Well you figured right, this is the best day of my life."
"I wouldn't go and say it was the best day, I'm sure there will be another one."
"What are you not telling me, Sabrina?"
"Nothing, now let's talk about that little stare down that you and Harry had."
"Oh, that was nothing!"
"Mhm, sure it was nothing! You two were staring like it was just you two on the planet, but whatever please continue to remain calm while we watch the game and get to know them. I don't need then to know that my best friend is a fan girl just right away."
"Okay, okay, I'll remain calm." Just as she said that Louis walked into the room...
As Louis walks in, he give me and Savanna the look like, 'Why does she have to remain calm?' Right before he was going to say something the other boys filed in behind him.
"Hey loves." Harry says as he is the last one to enter the room.
All the boys are in the room and the game is about to start. Vanna knows that once the game is started it is hard to re-direct my attention.
"So Sabrina, what made you want to become a personal trainer?" Niall asked.
"She won't answer until the Yankees aren't batting or the game is over because she is a huge baseball fan, but I can answer for her. She has played softball and basketball all her life which has kept her in shape and helped her to stay fit, and when she blew her ankle out she wasn't able to play anymore, that's when she decided that she wanted to become a personal trainer."
"Wow, well I'm glad she bounced back from her injury. Will she ever be able to play sports again?"
"From what she told me, she would have to get a surgery that will hold the ligament on the bone permanently but the recovery time would be longer than if she just didn't have the surgery. So she has decided to only play sports for fun and not competitively."
"Well as long as she still gets to play, I would consider that a plus."
The game is starting to come to an end, one more out and the Yankees will have defeated the Red Sox 6-1.
"YESSSSSSS!!!!!"
"Sabrina, why are you screaming?" Savanna asks.
"Yankees just won."
All the boys just laughed. "Yeah, she sure does love baseball." Liam and Zayn said together...
"Well boys, it was a pleasure meeting y'all but I think me and Vanna are going to go get Chinese food and then go swim at the hotel."
"What hotel are you staying at? If you don't mind me asking." Niall asked.
"We are staying at the Hampton Marriott."
"Oh no way!" Zayn says.
"We are too!" Says Harry.
"Well since we are at staying at the same hotel, would you mind if we all dinner and swam together then?" Louis asked.
"No, not at all! The more the better."
