In den meisten europäischen Ländern wurde sowohl der Film, als auch die Stadt zu 'Zootropolis' umbenannt.
Ein Grund für die Umbenennung ist dass es in Deutschland schon ein Zoo gibt, welches "Zootopia" heißt.
In Deutschland wurde daher der Film unter dem Titel "Zoomania" veröffentlicht.
