(Feitan X Reader) Cold Love

Hunter Exam

(Y/N)'s P.O.V.

The sunlight slipped between the cracks of the white curtains and glimmering on my soft (color) skin. I was in bed sound asleep as if I was a bear hibernating until beep.. beep.. beep..

"Omg shut the hell up clock!!" I whined rolling around in my bed and grabbing the clock to chuck it at the white tanish wall that was across from my bed.

I stood up to have a good stretch before going in to take a nice cold shower to wake myself up. After taking a shower, I went to my small closet to grab a black V-Neck sweater that is tucked into my green camouflage shorts with a black band around my right thigh attaching to the shorts. I wore a little bit of a natural type makeup then wore a black ankle socks along with black and white converse on. I fixed my hair into a cute little messy bun and finally went downstairs to make a little breakfast for myself to have energy for the day to start off good for the Hunter Exam.

I finished eating and went to the standing wooden hanger next to the door where my cape was. I grabbed the silky cape and I swung it around me and wore it as I head out the door to a beautiful clear sky and seeing birds singing a song out to the world. I tied the laces tight enough so my cape doesn't fall off. I lifted up the hood over my head to hide my identity with the slight shadow that placed on my face. Finally I strapped a sheath around me along with my Sentry Trench Saber placed inside. I didn't necessarily lived with anyone but myself. My parents disappeared when I was 6 but I have been taken in by an old lady from my village but I'm no longer with her for I wanna go on with my destiny. I began walking to the town and look for the restaurant. As soon as I found it, I went in and saw a man who seemed to be an employee and not much of a good looking man, but I didn't care so walked up to him and simply ordered the code to get in.

The guy gestured his hand to follow him and lead me to a room with a table and chairs like a normal fancy restaurant would have in a small private room. I settled in and sat down to rest my legs until the room began to move in which seemed like an elevator. I patiently waited until the elevator has come to a stop. The doors slowly open and I walked out to see only a few odd looking people like the little green bean looking guy that came up to me.

"You are Number 45 and please do not lose your tag." The Green Bean said smiling. 

I gently took out the tag and placed it on my sweater. I then began to look around the place. I felt a bit crept out, but I shrugged it off and stood close to the wall to lean my back on it with arms crossed. I scanned the crowd to see who is and who isn't strong since I was bored and most likely who I could be competing with. I didn't exactly see anyone good except for Number 44. He apparently looks like a joker and scary one that I probably don't wanna mess with. I continued to examine him until a fat guy came in front of me with a huge grin that seemed quite sinister.

 "Hello I'm Tonpa and I bet this must be your first time being here?" He chuckled.

I glanced at the bag Tonpa was carrying and I smelt something odd like poison or some sort of chemical. I was getting quite suspicious with the man, but will play his games very well. He pulled out a drink that looked like an orange soda can and kindly handed it to me.

"Here you must be very thirsty from your long journey and this is for to be good friends." He faked smile while lightly putting out a dark aura knowing what evil thing he was about to do.

 "You know if you were to give me that soda of your's.. You might wanna think twice before poisoning me.." I spoke coldly crushing the soda can with my bare hand.

"Wait how did y-" I cut him off by pulling out my sword and within a flash, I gave him a small cut on his chubby cheek and walked away from him.

Tonpa was in shock and fear at my sudden movement for him to slowly collapse on the floor with his hand touching his bleeding cheek. I was hoping now that he would have learned to be distance with me from now on. He now scurried away in pain and went to go find other people to target. I got extremely bored and just waited for hours until 4 people arrived. I see a boy who seems to be a kid with black raven hair and wearing a green jacket, and green shorts. Then I saw a tall guy with a blue suit along with carrying a brown suitcase that was not too big. Next to him was blond hair dude who somewhat looks like a female and the clothes he was wearing seemed quite familiar, but I don't recall anything about it.
