    ~ Quick A/N:

I'm dedicating this chapter to my friend Skye because it's her birthday and she's awesome! Go read her stories because they are amazing!

That's all

We had a quick conversation about meeting up and discussing the rest of the matter at an easier time. The bell rang and I headed to my next class. The school-day finished fairly quick and I headed out to take the bus home. One of my other friends, Skye, ran up to me and began to ask me about what happened inside the school.

"Hey Skye, can we not talk about it right now I just feel a little uncomfortable about it still," I mention politely.

"Oh ok," She sounded disappointed. We then got onto the bus and discussed different books we were reading. We always seem to when we get together. By the time we were finished I had to get off. I threw on my headphones and made my way up the aisle. I hopped off and walked up the drive-way. I pulled out my key and unlocked the front door. My parents are out of town so I'm home alone for the weekend. My parents know that I won't get in any trouble over the course of two days. I went to my room and pulled my laptop close. I opened it up and began to play some music very loud. I got up and started to dance randomly to get out energy.

"Crap, ah man where's my t-shirt!" I yelled at myself. Lily, Max and the Doctor wanted me to meet them in twenty minutes.

"Ding Ding Ding" My doorbell went off. Who would come to someones house on a Saurday around 9:00? I asked myself. I threw a shirt off the floor and found the shirt I was looking for, my blue minecraft shirt that went with my favorite pair of jeans. I ran to the door and opened it saying in a somewhat annoyed tone

"What the hell do yo..." It was Max. "Oh, hey," I felt my cheeks warm up.

"Hey Ava, can I come in?" He asked.

"Sure," I replied gesturing inside. We went into the kitchen and I offered him some hot cocoa. He nodded yes and I started to spoon the mix into the mugs.

"So what's your opinion on The Doctor?" He asked.

"Well he seems fine y'know, you?" I replied as I stuck the mugs full of cocoa mixture and milk. I pressed the button for two minutes and then hit 'Start'.

"I have no idea and I'm not sure if we should go. I mean he's a complete stranger offering us a chance to run away from everything. We have no idea how long we might be gone and I'm just afraid we'll be missing out on alot." I've never seen him so serious about something. I was at a loss for words. We stood there silent until the microwave went off. I opened it and handed him his cocoa. I took a sip and thought of how I could reply.

"I think it's a good opportunity to do something different and I want to figure out what the whole T.A.R.D.I.S. thing is about," I answered slowly.

"I guess it won't be terrible, I mean The Doctor seems harmless enough," He finally said. We finished up our hot cocoa and we got in his car. I pull out my phone and send a text to Lily saying "Max and I will be there soon. :)" I put it back in my pocket and soon we arrive at the cafe. I notice Lily and we make our way over. Max sits down next to Lily so I get into the seat next to The Doctor. They already got something to eat, but I wasn't terribly hungry.

"So have you made up your minds?" Lily asks. I nod my head, then look over at Max. He shrugs. I sigh of relief. He's going. Lily looks at The Doctor.

"Yes," She answers for the three of us.
