"Hey Y/n wanna come over today?" Your boyfriend, Bryce asks you over the phone.

"I would, Bryce but, I'm booked today with modelling. I could never miss a shoot, I'm sorry." you say.

"That's all you've been doing over the past couple of days though." He says sounding aggravated. "I miss you."

"I know Brycey I miss you too... I think it's time I tell you." you tell him

"What y/n? What's wrong?" he asks concerned. 

"I-i'm moving away from Maryland to go to Cali for my job." you could barely get the words out of your mouth.

"What?!" he freaks out.

"Yeah Bryce, I'm so sorry. I will come over tonight and explain everything. I really have to go." you say waiting for a response. But, you don't get one. You get 3 beeps,meaning he hung up on you, in anger and sadness. You felt awful.

"I can't do this" you think to yourself. You had to talk to your manager to make things right.

Once you get to the building, you walk up to your manager, Kelly, to explain why you couldn't move away for the career.

"I mean I have best friends here, I have my cousins here, my boyfriend, I can't leave that all behind!" You try to explain.

"Y/n, this is a chance of a lifetime! You could be on the covers of magazines,you'll make a fortune! You can't pass this up. Plus, it's only a 2 year job." Kelly says.

"Only two years?" you think to yourself. "Fine." you say walking off to your dressing room.

It's 8:30, and you have an uber driver drive you to Bryce's house. You knock on the door hoping Bryce will answer. And, he does.

"Hey." you say.

"Hey." he says back. 

"Can I come in?" you ask

"Sure." he lets you in. "I'm really sorry that I have to do this. But it's the opportunity of a lifetime I just can't pass it up and-" you start tearing up until he cuts you off with a kiss.

"I totally understand y/n," he says."I acted like a complete jerk earlier. I'm sorry." he says looking down into your eyes.

"It's okay Bryce. I'd be mad too." "But two years will pass in no time!" you say.

"Wait a minute-you're only gonna be there for two years?" he asks you.

"Yes!" you say surprised that he din't know that. 

"Oh my gosh I'm so glad I thought you were moving there for good." he says

"And I have 2-3 weeks each month to visit, we'll make this work I swear." you say followed by a giant hug by him. "I leave next week and I'm totally free. So, movie night tonight?" you ask him.

"Of course." he says
