One Shy Girl and One Brave Boy

Chapter one

I woke up to Umbreon licking my cheek. You giggled. "Let's go to dad's lab!" I say excited. I put on a black shirt with one white stripe in the middle, blue jeans, a belt to hold my Pokeballs, black shoes, white socks, a black choker, a necklace with a circle with a hole in the middle, and a black bracelet. I put my hair in a ponytail. I let Umbreon in my bag. I walk downstairs and run to the lab. On my way there I see something go over me and a boy. I kept running to the lab. I walk in and see my dad ready with my pokeballs. He has a huge smile on his face. "Hey dad!" I say. I walk over to him. "Here are your pokeballs, Candy." He says. I smile. I put the Pokeballs on my belt. "Thanks dad, I'll visit." I say. "I sure hope so." He says. I hug him and start walking. I see a boy with blonde hair and a little girl with blonde hair walking around. Maybe I can make some new friends. Or maybe not. I guess I can walk around for the last time, well until I visit. I see the boy from earlier. He walks up to me. "Cool an Umbreon!" He says. "Wanna battle?" He asks. "Uh I don't really think I should"- "Cmon it'll be real quick!" He says interrupting you. I guess I should at least try. You both get ready to battle. The boy chooses his Pikachu. I see the blondes from earlier. I'm guessing they're friends. The boy Blonde is the one who announces who wins and who loses. "And start!" Boy blonde yells. "Umbreon use tackle!" I yell. Umbreon runs up to Pilachu. "Pikachu dodge it!" The boy yells. His Pikachu dodges to the right. "Pikachu use Iron Tail!" The boy yells. "Umbreon dodge it!" I yell. She already got hit by Iron Tail. I felt the metal hit my side. I fall down. "Cmon get back up Umbreon!" I yell. Umbreon and I got up. "Umbreon use Pursuit!" I yell. Umbreon runs up to Pikachu and hits him with Pursuit. Pikachu falls to the ground. I could tell that Pilachu wasn't going to give up. "Cmon Pikachu get back up!" The boy yells. Pikachu gets up. "Pikachu use thunder bolt!" The boy yells. Pikachu releases a huge thunder bolt on Umbreon. I felt hundreds of volts of electricity go through me. You let a single tear out. I knew this was a bad idea. You see Umbreon fall. I fall down and black out. I wake up in a Pokemon Center. I was laying next to Umbreon. I get up. I get Umbreon and get out of the healing room. I see the boys and girl from earlier. "Thank goodness your okay!" The girl says. "Do you know what happened?" Boy blonde asks. "No I don't." I lie. "Me and Pikachu were so worried." The boy that I battled says. "Well it's nice that you cared." I say. "Well my name is Ash, this is Clement, and Bonnie." Ash says. "Hi guys I'm Candy." I say. "I gotta go. I'm pretty sure my dad is wondering where I am." I say running back to the lab. I see my dad looking very worried. Once he see's me he engulfed me in a hug. "I was so worried about you." He says. "I'm alright now." I say. I see Ash, Clement, and Bonnie walk in. "Hey guys." I say. "What are guys doing here?" I ask. I see that their carrying a injured Froakie. "Dad it's Froakie." I say. He nods. We get Froakie in a room to heal. I see Garchomp walk in. "Hey Garchomp!" I say cheerily. "Gar!" Garchomp says. I pet his star. I see Umbreon getting jealous. I kneel down and start to pet Umbreon. I see everyone go outside except for Ash. He starts to talk to Froakie. Ash was thanking Froakie for saving Pikachu. See I don't get why new trainers always turn him back in?! I walk to the front and see three people. One looked oddly like a meowth with hair. Don't judge people on how they look. I walk over to them. "Hello, may I help you?" I ask. "Yes, we're here to help with Mega Evolution!" Blue hair says. "Okay, let me get my dad." I say. They start to whisper. I see two more scientists walk in with Garchomp. "Gar!" "Froakie! Froakie!" I see Froakie hopping in as fast as he could. Froakie pointed at the three strangers and Garchomp acknowledged. The strangers start to talk about Froakie and Garchomp. The blue haired stranger pulled out a cube and tried to throw it at Froakie, but got Garchomp instead. "Garchomp!" I yell and quickly go to his side. Garchomp tries to get the collar off. "Garchomp stay still so I can get the collar off of you." I say calmly. I walk slowly to Garchomp, but he uses one of his moves on me and I fly towards the wall. I groan. I get up. Garchomp's eyes turn red. I run over to the scientists that I know. I see everyone running in. "Garchomp! What's going on?!" Ash yells. "They hurt Garchomp!" I yell pointing at the strangers. "Huh, all right who are you!" Dad yells. I run over to the group. The strangers do some type of intro to literally no one except for us. "Oh, no! Team Rocket!" Ash yells. "You are such annoying bad people!" Bonnie yells. "Team Rocket?" I say. "They're a group of bad people that steal Pokemon!" Ash says. I didn't listen to the motto thing that Team Rocket did. I see Garchomp use the same move he did to me and made Team Rocket blast away. "What, Garchomp?!" Ash yells. "Garchomp has a electric collar." I say. Garchomp blasts his beam towards us. We all duck for cover. Garchomp flies up into the air and crashes through the wall. Now Garchomp is rampaging through the city! I start to run after Garchomp. Garchomp ends up at Prism Tower. I put Umbreon in my bag so I don't lose her. I go to the back entrance. I see the group running towards me. Clement unlocks the door and then Garchomp blasts a beam near us. Only Ash and I make it in. "Cmon lets go!" I say. We start to run up the stairs. We make it outside. We see Garchomp. We start to walk slowly towards Garchomp. "Let us help you Garchomp!" I yell. Garchomp still struggles. I run up to Garchomp and try getting the collar off. I get hit by the electricity and fall back. I scream. I land on the ledge. I pull myself up. I walk over to Ash and we start to reason with Garchomp. Once we get close enough Garchomp flies into the air going to the top of Prism Tower. I see a ladder. "Ash we need to climb up that ladder." I say. We start to go up the ladder. At the end I was exhausted, but I needed to get Garchomp back to my dad! "Gar! Gar!" Garchomp releases a beam. "Garchomp we want to help you!" I yell. "We need to help you!" Ash yells. Garchomp releases a huge beam at us. We both dodge, but go separate ways. I was near the edge and Ash was on the other side. I gulp. Pikachu was about to use lightning bolt on Garchomp, but Ash stopped him. "We don't need to hurt Garchomp, Pikachu!" Ash and I yell. I get back to Ash. Garchomp sends a beam at us. We weren't able to dodge it in time. We get up. "We just want to get that collar off of you." I say walking towards Garchomp. "Please, so what ya say?" Ash says. We get closer to Garchomp. Garchomp eases a little. Garchomp starts to try to get the collar off. Garchomp was about to fall of the edge. "Garchomp! No!" I yell. Froakie uses his frills to make Garchomp's feet get stuck on the ground. "Good thinking Froakie!" Ash says. "We need to destroy that collar!" I yell. We all start to run to Garchomp to get the collar off. "Garchomp hang on we're going to get the collar off of you!" Ash yells. Garchomp starts to struggle. "Pikachu use iron tail on the collar!" Ash yells. Pikachu runs up to Garchomp and cuts the collar in half. I notice that Umbreon isn't in my bag. Pikachu runs back to Umbreon and Froakie. I hug Garchomp. I see Pilachu and Umbreon run over to Ash and me, but the cement breaks and Pikachu and Unbreon fall down. "Pikachu!" Ash yells. "Umbreon!" I yell. I jump off the building to get Umbreon and Pikachu. I catch both of them and Ash grabs my waist as we fall to our death. Something catches us. You look up and see a Mega Blazeican! So cool! We land. I run over to my dad and hug him. I look back at Ash. I smile. Clement, Bonnie, and Ash runs over to my dad. "What was that?" Ash asks. "It was a Mega Blazeican!" I say astounded. "So cool!" Ash says. "So Ash I've been meaning to ask you. Why are you in the Kalos Region?" I ask. "To be the worlds best Pokemon Trainer!" Ash says with enthusiasm. "That's awesome! Do you have anyone to travel with yet?" I ask. "Uh no, but you can join!" Ash says. "Thanks Ash." I say. We all go to the lab so we can sleep. I wake up and put on the same outfit and run downstairs. I walk outside and see Ash, Bonnie, and Clement talking to my dad.  I walk to my dad and hug him. I give him a kiss on the cheek. "I'll miss you dad." I say. "Did you pack everything?" He asks. "Yep." I say. "Thats good. I hope you have fun traveling with your new friends." He says. We start to walk out of town.
