Rebecca and Joe have been trying for a baby for over 15 years now. When they finally succeed, it's the best day of their entire lives. "Becky, I can't believe we're finally expecting!" Joe exclaims as they sit on the sofa embracing each other. Becky responded, "I know, right? We've been trying for so long and our wish finally came true." They both caress Rebecca's stomach for a while, daydreaming silently about raising their firstborn child.
They plan on hosting a celebration dinner the night after. It would be an announcement party. They invite family and friends over for a chicken dinner and then they would announce their pregnancy. They wanted to be discreet about it, so that it is a surprise. Oh, dear, isn't this a surprise. A terrible surprise.
