Ethan and I were like best friends and he saw me as his little sister and he thought i saw him as like a brother , only I didn't. I have liked Ethan ever since Freshman year but i never told him because i knew it would ruin our friendship. "Hey Y/N" Ethan said walking up to my locker smiling happily. I looked at Ethan and didn't say a word, I was admiring him and all of his wonderful features, I didn't realize that I was staring until Ethan snapped me out of my thoughts by waving his hand in front of my face. "Oh,hey" I quietly replied feeling slightly embarrassed. "What's up, how have you been" Ethan said, ignoring the fact that I was staring at him moments ago."Nothing much, just been bored lately and doing a lot of homework, what about you" I replied grinning. I didn't want Ethan to catch on to the fact that I was being very distant lately because I didn't want to suddenly spew my feelings out to him and have him be weirded out by it. "Just doing homework and hanging out with Gray" He said smiling at me. i looked at his face and immediately started to notice his gorgeous features like his hair, his eyes, and his amazing jawline.(am I right😉👌🏼) Ethan snapped me out of my thoughts once again " Would you want to come over and hangout after school today?" He asked, hoping I would say yes. "Uhh...." I said not knowing if I should say yes and embarrass myself at his house or say no and be bored and feel like an idiot for declining his nice offer. "Sure?" I said, having my answer come out more as a question. " You don't have to if you don't want to" Ethan said feeling embarrassed by my answer. " No I'd love to come over after school, I want to" I said with a smile suddenly sounding desperate. Ethan instantly had a smile plastered on his face after I said I wanted to come over. Ethan was acting strange today like he wanted to hangout with me so badly. The long school day had come to a tiring end, I walked out of my last class to my locker to get my stuff i needed for homework tonight, i sighed and closed my locker and turned around and saw Ethan at his locker talking to his brother Grayson. I walked up to both of them with a tired smile on my face and they looked at me and smiled "Hey Y/N" they both said in sync, I giggled "Hey Eth, Hey Gray, um Ethan what time do you want me to come over?" "Um, 4:00 maybe, you can come sooner or later if you want" Ethan said nervously while scratching the back of his neck " No 4:00 is fine" I smiled , he let out a sigh of relief and grinned at me "Great I'm really excited for you to come over and hangout" "Yeah me to, well I'm gonna get going so I can change, see you later" I said while turning around and walking off to my car. I was driving home nervous to go over Ethan's house, I knew I wouldn't be able to have my feelings bottled up for much longer and I was scared that I might accidentally let all my feelings out and have him not feel the same way as I do. I got home and got ready to go to Ethan's house, i changed into a pair of leggings,and a plain v-neck t-shirt, and I left my hair the same way it was for school, down and curly. I grabbed my phone, charger, and keys and headed down stairs. When I stopped at the bottom of the stairs I saw my mom on the couch watching tv "Hey mom, I'm going over to Ethan's house for a bit , I'll be back before dinner okay?" "Okay but make sure you're back before dinner, I don't want you eating late, and make sure to have your ringer on in case I call you to come home" "Okay mom" I smiled and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Drive safely, I love you" she said as i walked towards the door "I will, see you later I love you to" I said smiling as I closed the front door. I got in my car and drove to Ethan's house, it wasn't a far drive , Ethan only lived a couple blocks down from me, so it wasn't that far of a drive. I pulled up in front of Ethan's house and parked, my hands immediately got sweaty ,I looked at myself in the mirror and said "you can do this y/n just don't let your feelings out" I took the key out of the ignition and grabbed my phone and charger and got out of the car and locked it. I walked up to the front door and knocked lightly but hard enough so they can hear it inside. " I'm so nervous" I said to myself.
Ethan's P.O.V
"I'm so nervous" I said to myself as I stood up and went to open the door for Y/N. Y/N doesn't know but I like her a lot , I've liked her since freshman year but I've never had the guts to tell her I like her, but I'm planning on telling her today and I hope she feels the same way. I opened the door for Y/N and she gave me the cutest smile , man I wish I could kiss her right now " Hey Y/N" I said, very happy to see her. "Hey Eth" she said while smiling, I love that nickname she gave me, it makes me happy every time she says it. "Come on in" I said snapping out of my thoughts. I sat on the couch and Y/N sat next to me but she kept  a big distance between us like she didn't want to be near me,I got nervous and said the most awkwardest thing possible "Y/N I don't bite you can sit closer come on"I said while patting the spot next to me. She looked at me with an embarrassed smile on her face and she sat closer to me but not as close as I wanted, so I put my arm around her waist, instantly feeling goosebumps on her skin, and pulling her right next to me , then I was satisfied and we sat in silence.
Your P.O.V
When Ethan and I sat on the couch , I kept a distance between both of us but I'm guessing Ethan didn't want that because he looked at me and told me to move closer and I did but I guess I wasn't as close as he wanted me to be and I instantly felt nervous about what he was going to do next. He grabbed me by my waist which caught me by surprise and my breathing was unsteady and I got goosebumps when he grabbed me, he pulled me closer, which I was hoping he would do that because I wanted to be close to Ethan. He put his arm around me and we sat in silence, it started to get boring sitting and doing nothing so I decided to break the silence,"Um Ethan I need to talk to you about something and I don't know if you'll like what I'm going to say and I hope it doesn't ruin our friendship but....." I stopped and took in a short breath,I was so scared of Ethan's reaction and what he'll say or what he won't say "Y/N say it" Ethan said seeming nervous of what I was going to say "I uh I-I like you" I whispered and I kept my head down, not wanting to see his reaction of what I just said. "What?" He asked, I'm guessing he didn't hear me because I whispered like an idiot. I looked up at him and sighed and said once again " I-I like you" I said loud enough for him to hear. It was quiet for a while after so I took it as if he didn't like me back so I stood up and started to walk to the door but I was pulled back by my wrist and spun around and I didn't even have time to process anything when I felt Ethan kiss me, I melted into the kiss and I suddenly felt on cloud nine. "Where do you think you're going , you thought I was going to let you leave after you told me you like me" Ethan said smiling ."Yeah well I thou-" I was cut off by Ethan" you thought I didn't like you back when I do, a lot actually" he said blushing. "YOU DO" I said happily with the biggest smile on my face, he nodded and we both looked at each other and leaned in once again , we both pulled away and just smiled at each other sweetly.
Ethan's P.O.V
I was so happy Y/N told me she likes me, she thought I was going to let her walk out without me telling her I like her, I might even love her,this hangout went exactly how I wanted, with my best friend that I'm in love with. We hung out for the rest of the night till Y/N had to go home " Aww do you have to leave" I said to her as she stood up from the couch straightening out her clothes "Yeah sadly I do or else my mom will be blowing up my phone telling me to come home now, well I had a great time hanging out and I'll see you around..I guess" I smiled, she turned around to leave , as she was about to open the door I yelled "Y/N WAIT" She turned around fast and looked at me, I ran up to her and cupped her cheek with my hand and kissed her one last time and said "I love you,will you be my girlfriend?"I said in spur of the moment.

He told me he loved me and that he wants me to be his girlfriend, I am so happy he said that , "Yes Ethan, I will be your girlfriend and....I love you to" I said with a smile. He looked at me, picked me up, spun me around and kissed me with so much passion,he was beyond happy by my answer and I was so happy to finally be his. "I'm in love with him" I thought happily.
Ethan's P.O.V
