The Cat and The Dog

There was once a dog and a cat. The dog had beautiful silky furr, and the cat had unruly fuzz. The dog was talented, nimble, and stunning. The cat was talentless, and not the most appealing. Though the dog was a lovely sight, it never believed it. "I wish I looked like you," the dog would say to the cat, for it found beauty in the cat. "No you don't!" The cat would reply, and wonder why the dog couldn't see its own beauty. One day the cat and dog got in an argument, for the excited cat wanted to go on an adventure and help the world. "Everyone wants to help the world," said the dog "but no one achieves it." The cat was going to help the world, it was sure of that, but the cat didn't want to leave its dog behind. "You can help too, you have so much potential!" the cat would say, but the dog would say otherwise. "You have beautiful fur, and wonderful talents, you could change the world!" But the dog would insist the cat was more beautiful, and that it was pointless. So the cat set off, ready to change the world, hoping one day the dog would realize its worth.
