Baseball Game (Rachael Request)

Your POV
You woke from a nap and it was around 5 o'clock, but you were so excited because Gerald said he would take you to a baseball game! You guys have been dating for about 2 months now and the media is still trying to figure out who you are and if u guys are dating (😯)

Gerald said he'd pick u up at 5:45 bc the game starts at 6:30. Gerald was just visiting u while he was on tour (☹️)and u live near LA so you guys just went to a Angles vs. Dodgers game.

You were listening to Kanye West Champions as you were getting ready. You wore your cute baseball jersey for the Angles player Trout, some jeans with rips in them, your adidas shoes. You styled your hair in curls with baseball cap. And finally you decided to have a natural make up look bc Gerald didn't like crazy makeup anyways.

Gerald's POV
Red or pink? Or white? I think she'll like red roses to match the Angles. So u grabbed us Starbucks, her roses and I think I'm ready to go pick up Rachael right now. I hope her dad isn't home, he doesn't particularly like me and it's hard since Rachael still lives with her parents to save money while in college...
Her dad says I'm too much of a 'bad boy' He thinks I'm a bad influence on her, he says I get fucked up too much, that I drink too much, (bc Rachael isn't of legal age yet to drink), but he thinks I'll cheat and I just think he's being too stuck up. Her dads a millionaire so he acts very high society type and materialistic let me tell u.
*pulls up to the house*
And My gorgeous girlfriend answers the door

Rachael's POV

"Hello Handsome" I greet him
"Why hello there my love" G said
"Are you ready to bounce?"

You heard your dad clear his throat behind u and you both turn to look.

"Gerald can I speak to you out back please?"
"Yes sir" G said
Your dad and Gerald stat walking to the backyard and you follow
"Stay here Rachael" your dad said in a rather demanding tone

Gerald's POV

God why can't I just pick up my girl and go on a date without him intervening.
"Gerald, I need you to stop seeing Rachael and making all these plans, I mean it's not like you guys are going to last or actually stay together, their is a big age difference between you two and I'm not to comfortable with that because you'll go back on your this "famous rap tour" and cheat on her again hundreds of times sleeping with countless girls as if you haven't alrea-"
,Her dad said
"With all due respect sir, I do love your daughter and I plan on staying with her, if you just give me a chance I could make her the happiest girl in the world and she makes me happy, she's funny cute and I honestly feel a spark between me and her"
I explain to her dad

Rachael's POV

I sneaked around and heard apart of their conversation, I can't believe it Gerald feels this way about it, I just always dreamed of it but for once in my life I'm in love Gerald and I love each other. I quickly sneak back to the living room before they see me.

Gerald's POV

"No, you know that's not true, you're just this dope smoking bastard who thinks he can run a round breaking girls hearts but I'm not gunna let u ruin MY daughters life, this is your last time seeing her and keeping contact with her so you can go say your goodbyes"
With that he lead me to the living room,

"Rachael this is goodbye I'll give you guys five minutes then it's over"her dad says then walks away.

Rachael's POV

I can't believe what I'm hearing after all what Gerald said about me, my dad still doesn't see our love

Gerald takes me into a tight bear hug, because I'm so short compared to him I can hear his heart beat, he whispered, "I'll be back here at 2 (am) to pick you up, you're coming with me whether he likes it or not, pack your things" we released from the hug and my dad walls back in the room

"Gerald it's your time to go" he says

"I love you Rachael" he waves and then leaves, I start to tear up and tears roll down my face, even though I know he's coming back I can't even think that that could've been the end of us.
"See he left you that easily I told you he doesn't love u and even if a player like him could he would've fought for u harder" your dad walks upstairs to get ready for work because he took a night shift.

You go upstairs crying, your mom came in to try and comfort you, but you asked for a minute alone and you closed your door. You connected your phone to your laptop so you have all your photos and everything and started to plan ahead for leaving. You packed everything you could've possibly need because you didn't plan on coming back until a ring was on your hand.

You packed all your clothes and most valuable things to you.

Your dad came in to say good night as he was leaving for work he hugged you and said he loved you and left at that, you skipped dinner and right when the clock struck 2 o'clock you got a txt. "I'm outside x"

You quietly sneak out the back door and with all 5 of your suitcases filled to the brim with stuff.
"Did you take your whole room babe" G said laughing

You guys just drove in silence to his place but it was a good silence, his hand on your thigh, your hair in the wind and he drove up a hill you didn't know really where he was going but you didn't really care, you get up there and see the sky light of LA. It was stunning

After just looking and taking in all the scenery you guys hop back into the car and blast the music in the way to his penthouse.
He created a playlist for the ride including  "She Will Be Loved" by Maroon 5, "hallelujah" by Alexandra Burke played and when you get to the parking structure of his house he turns to you and is holding your hands.
"Rachael, I absolutely love being with you and I know we haven't know each other that long but I feel something it's just so special in you and I can't get enough of it, Will you take this promise necklace because you're perfect to me"

"Oh my god" you say tearing up at his words you can't even say anything you just hug him...

He grabbed your chin and brought you in closer, he looked at your lips then your eyes and brought you in for a sweet kiss.

You guys lived happily ever after
