The Jerk Next Door

Chapter #1

Chapter 1:

* 4 years later *

"Noah! Give. It. Back!" I growled through clenched teeth.

"Nah, I think I'll keep it Lee-Lee" he responded with his arrogant smirk.

"I told you that you're not allowed you call me that" I shouted.

"Everyone else calls you that. Why can't I?"

"Because I don't hate everyone else! Now give me my bikini top BACK!" I yelled. Yes. You heard right. Noah stole my bikini top from me while we were in the pool ( with our friends there too none the less) and won't give it back.

See, after that one torturous flight home from Washington D.C., I found out that Noah would be coming to my school. Not only that, but he would also become my neighbor! Gawd he infuriates me so much! I just want to smack that stupid smirk of his face with a big giant pickle! It's been 4 years, and Noah has made it his mission in life to make my life a living hell.

"Come on Noah, just give Lee her top back" my best friend Mia said from the pool

"Nahh. I like this view a lot better" he responded with a wink.

"Fine! Be a jerk! I'll just go get another one!" I started to run into the house when Noah attacked me from behind, making me trip. I closed my eyes, waiting for my face to hit the floor. But it never came. So I opened my eyes, to find Noah clutching me against his chest.

I looked up and into his blue eyes to find him staring at me with an expression I couldn't read. He noticed me looking, and soon his eyes became amused while his lips curled into a smirk.

"Hmm. I think I was wrong. I think I like THIS view better." he said, his eyes trailing down to my naked chest against his. A blush soon warmed my cheeks as I tried to squirm out of his grasp.

"Noahhhh" I complained squirming in his arms

"I'd sure like to hear that in bed sometime"

"Eww. I would never sleep with you. Now let. Me. GO!" but he just tightened his arms around my waist.

"Let me think about that... No!" he calmly stated, meanwhile I'm still struggling against him.

"Ugh! Just let me freaking go!"

"Fine, you asked for it" he suddenly let me go and I tripped backwards but I managed to find my balance and didn't fall over.

Then whistles started coming from the guys in the pool but I couldn't understand why.

"ALLISON! Cover yourself!" Mia shouted. I then looked down to find my chest naked. So I hurriedly rapped my arms around my self. I looked up to glare at Noah to find him blushing. Before I could tease him about blushing, or yel at him, he turned around and jumped into the pool. Thankfully leaving my bikini top behind him on the floor.

I turned around from everyone else and put it back on. Then I jumped back into the pool with my friends, trying to have fun and forget about Noah. This boy sure knows how to irritate me. He better not ruin my first day of senior year tomorrow
