Chapter 9: More than One Secret Revealed

I don't even know what I wrote last chapter. Just ignore it though, cause the only important part was the last few sentences. Sorry for those who actually read the last chapter though. Cause I still feel bad. I read it over today and now I'm all like O.o what is this trash? So if you must know last chapter was trash and this chapter (I hope) should make up for it. 3rd POV
The Phantom Lord guild was defeated and the Fairy Tail guild was being rebuilt. Everyone was pitching in how ever they could, all happily working about. Y/N and Ethan were helping too, although they couldn't do much considering the fact that they had used a lot of power to protect their friends. "Come on you just have to lift." Y/N emphasized the last point. "I'm trying." Ethan said back. The two were trying to lift a wooden pole. Erza soon walked over. "Here I got it." She said as she picked up the pole and carried it with ease. Y/N and Ethan stared at her in disbelief. ";-; We're so weak." They both said. "Yes, yes you two are." Brie wrapped her arms around the two. "Um say have you guys seen Neon?" Brie questioned. "He just flew towards the guild." She added. "He's over there." Y/N pointed towards Gray and Natsu who were fighting and Neon was trying to stop the two. "Hey you two stop it or Erza's gonna-." The cat was cut short when Erza decided to play whack-a-mole. "Haha oh my god you two are idiots." Brie had ran up to the two. Y/N and Ethan went to the makeshift bar Mira was at and sulked. "We can't lift a single pole." Y/N said sulkily. "I know... It sucks." Her brother added. "Welp, might as well get up and do something." Y/N said sitting up straight. Soon Loke came, saying he wanted to quit the guild. He then ran off.

Y/N's POV
When Ethan and I were willing at the bar Loke came and said he wanted to quit the guild. My eyes went wide at this. Why would Loke want to quit the guild? He then started running off. It worried me so I ran after him, but soon... I lost him. Lucy soon ran behind me. "Hey Y/N! I think I have an idea of where Loke went. Here come on!" She said to me. I followed her, hoping she knew where we were going. "Where are we going?" I asked her. "To Karen Lillica's grave." Lucy said back. "Why to there?" I asked. Lucy explained to me what Loke never did. I was surprised at first but listened and soon we made it to our destination. There, I saw Loke in front of Karen Lillica's (that right?) grave.

3rd POV
"There you are!" Lucy said. "Hey Loke y-you okay?" Y/N said as the two approached him. "That's Karen's grave isn't it." Lucy said. Loke looked at Lucy surprised. "Karen was a great celestial wizard...And she had a contract with you right." She added. Y/N looked at Lucy. Lucy looked back and smiled. "Your a spirit aren't you Loke?" Y/N asked smiling warmly. She was on the verge of tears because he never told her, but she held them back knowing she never told him much about her. "The spirit Loke." Lucy said. Y/N shook her head knowing that wasn't it, it didn't make sense. "Wait that doesn't make sense." Y/N said. "Because that's not his name." Lucy said. "Your name is Leo... Leo the Lion." Lucy added. Y/N looked at Loke, then remembered the picture she had in her book of celestial spirits. It was Loke or not Loke, but Leo the Lion. Leader of the Zodiacs. Y/N looked at Loke who looked down and smiled. "Well I won't deny it, but how did you find out?" Loke questioned. "Don't forget she's a celestial wizard Loke." Y/N said. "Yeah, I have contracts with lots of spirits. So it wasn't to hard to find out the truth." Lucy said. "Still, you should of come to talk to me about this." Lucy said. Y/N nodded. "Yeah, she knows things and could help you." Y/N said. "Normally when a gate key owner dies, the contract between wizard and spirit is terminated. The spirit is then forced back into their world, until their key ends up in another wizard's hands... Your contract with Karen should have ended the day she died. I don't understand why your still here. I've never heard of that before. I mean thats just not the way its supposed to work right." Lucy said. Y/N looked at Loke. She knew something went wrong, but she didn't know what. "I know your kind can't last long in the human world. Just like humans can't survive in your world." When Lucy said this Y/N looked at Loke. 'He joined the guild three years ago. How has he lasted this long?' She thought to herself. "It'll slowly sap away at your life till there is nothing left." Lucy finished. "That's right, and its been three years now." Loke said looking at the two girls. Lucy was a little off guard. "Uh three years, i didnt even think one year was possible!" She exclaimed. Y/N stood and watched the two talk. Lucy wanted to know why she couldn't save him. "You don't need to save me." Loke said. "What do mean she doesn't need to save you? She's your friend isn't she. She's allowed to save you." Y/N spoke up. "And besides if you don't get some help soon you'll be dead." Y/N was on the verge of tears. "You'll be dead if someone doesn't help you Loke." Y/N said. "I know you can't." Loke said. "Tell me why I can't help you why we can't help you Loke." Lucy said. "Look there's no way I can go back." Loke said. "I broke a fundamental law that has to do with wizard and spirit... And as a result I was banned from the celestial world." Loke debriefed. "Just what did you do?" The two asked, worriedly. "Im a traitor to my own kind. I was contracted to Karen, but she died... Because I killed her." Loke said. Lucy and Y/N looked at Loke surprised. "What?!" They both exclaimed. "I can't believe it... You had a contract with her, and you killed her?" Lucy questioned. Loke nodded. "Yes and I'm going to die here in front of her grave."(probably says that.) "It was about three years ago." Loke explained his past. He explained how Karen hurt Aries and what he did to stop Karen's torturing and how it backfired and Karen ended up getting herself killed. He explained it all. "It was my fault and I've been with the guild ever since... When someone dies their gone forever-" He was stopped. Tears started falling out of Y/N's eyes. "N-no, they a-arent. I k-know they aren't Loke." Y/N choked out. "The only way I could make things right is if I were to die too." Loke finished. Loke fell to the floor. "I guess this is it its my time." Loke said. "What do you mean its my time?!" Lucy exclaimed. "For me to disappear forever." Y/N's eyes were closed as she yelled. "No! You can't! You Can't! Your too important to m- to us." She opened her eyes to see Loke fading away. She ran up to he and Lucy. "No!" She screeched. "You can't! You can't leave me like my parents did!" She yelled. She was crying. "You can't just give up!" Lucy said. "Ever since that day. I've been banned from the celestial world." Loke said. "Not a day goes by that I remember her death." He says. "I tried to stay distracted but it didn't help." He added. "And now I'll die right in front of Karen's grave. I'll rest in peace now." He said (sorta :-/). "Before I go I wanna thank you. You've restored my faith in celestial wizards." Loke said. "No. No. No. No. No! Just shut up!shut up!shut up! We'll save you somehow!" Y/N exclaimed to the orange haired spirit. "Yeah Y/N's right. We'll save you. We won't let you die." Lucy said. "All we have to do is send you back to your gate right?" Y/N questioned. "I'm afraid that's impossible. I broke the law and I'm being punished." Both Y/N and Lucy were crying. "Stop it Loke!" Y/N said. "This isn't right you didn't kill Karen it was just an accident." Lucy exclaimed. "It wasn't your fault!" Y/N exclaimed. "Open Gate of the Lion. Take Leo back to the celestial world!" Lucy yelled. "Please! Open!" Lucy exclaimed. "Please!" Y/N yelled. "Y/N, Lucy, please calm down. There's nothing you can do now." Loke said. "Shut up! We can try." Y/N said. "Yaaah!" The two yelled. Lucy used all her strength to get Loke back. Y/N too tried using her magic to bring Loke back to the celestial spirit world. "Stop your going to use all your magic. Your both starting to fade away with me." Loke said to the two girls. "I don't care!" They both yelled. They both tried and tried. "I won't stop!" They both yelled. "You can't die!" Y/N said. "Your my friend!" She said. "Don't do this! Please don't make me live with the guilt of killing you too!" Loke yelled. "I call upon the second twin. Come to my side!" Y/N yelled. Soon a cloud of smoke and Ethan poofed up.
"Did you find Loke?" Ethan asked. "Oh ok then. I should probably help." He said. Ethan got down on his knees and grabbed his sister's hand. "With the twins together the power shall grow." Lucy said. Loke looked at Ethan. 'Stop them please' he said through eye language. 'I can't if you die. She won't want to stay.' Ethan said back. "You didn't kill her whoever said that you did needs to know that they were wrong!" Lucy yelled. All of a sudden the Mustache Man came. "Hey Y/N look its the mustache guy from 5 years ago." Ethan exclaimed. "The celestial spirit king." Loke said a few seconds after. Soon Lucy and Y/N got into a fight with the spirit king. "Look here Mr.mustache I don't care how you say it, but Loke is not responsible for Karen's death." Y/N said. "If he was he would've done it with his own hands." Y/N said. Lucy and the king soon talked and together Lucy summoned all of Lucy's spirits. Y/N summoned all of the zodiac. Soon the king gave in and let Loke back into the celestial spirit world. "Thank you Mr. Mustache." Y/N said as Mustache King went back to the spirit world with Loke. Lucy now had Loke's key. "Hey Lucy." Y/N and Ethan sheepishly went up to Lucy. "Yeah?" Lucy asked. "Do you think you could maybe take our key for us?" Y/N asked as she held out the key to Lucy. "Its our celestial spirit key. And we feel like your a pretty good wizard. So, do you think maybe you could be our wizard too." Ethan said. Lucy seemed a bit surprised by this but shrugged and said, "Thank you." Y/N turned to Lucy and hugged her. "Thank you for saving Loke." She said. "I didn't want to see someone I loved die Lucy. So thank you." Y/N added and smiled then she and Ethan went to the celestial world. When they entered they noticed the zodiacs were having a party. "Welcome Home" a sign read. Ethan and Y/N looked at each other, then they both went and joined in on the celebration. "Hey Loke." Y/N ran up to Loke. "Yeah Y/N." Loke answered. Y/N went closer and hugged him. "Don't you ever do something like that again." She said. "You nearly gave me a heart attack yourself you know that." Loke said. "Yeah but you literally almost died so." Y/N shot back. The two smiled at each other. "Now I owe you though." Y/N said. "For what?" Loke questioned. "You told me your past now I should probably tell you mine. Just like we promised right." Y/N looked up at Loke and smiled. "Yeah just like we promised." Loke said back.

So what'd you think? Sorry its so late. I had a giant writer's block problem all day. It was horror. And my mom kept yelling at me to read. And I'm all thinking, 'But I'm writing something for others to read. And they like it.' And also my mom got mad at me cause I was watching OHSHC. :/ no regrets. Anyways yeah see yah soon. If this isn't my last chapter. Okay bye.
