Bumblebee's p.o.v
Yawning, I stretched whilst stepping off of my berth. I opened up my door then went to the main room. "Mornin' little buddy," Bulkhead said looking from the TV to me. "Mornin Bulk, "I replied, smiling back.
"Autobots!" We all ran to the control panel where Optimus was. "What's it this time?" Ratchet asked in his usual grumpy voice.
"Decepticons," Boss Bot simply stated. "Autobots transform and roll out," Optimus continued.
The team and I transformed, following orders, and went on our way. We stopped in the middle of the road where the Decepticons, Blitzwing, and Starscream were tearing up the roads, seeming to be in the search for something or someone. "Hey fly boy's,"I yelled, teasing them. "Autobots, so nice of you to join us," Starscream sneered, that stupid aft smile spreading across his faceplate. We then all started fighting the two flyers. "Help," we heard a cry coming from one of the cars that were damaged because of the two Decepticons. "I got it," I yelled. "Be careful kid," Ratchet hollered.
Jumping off the road, I found the car upside down so I turned it over then tore off the doors. "Thank you, " A girl said getting out and going with the rest of the citizens. "Bumblebee, move!" I heard Prowl yell. I looked up to see Starscream falling. I hurried and moved out of the way. The rest of the team threw Blitzwing down on top of Starscream. "What are we gonna do with them?"
"You won't be doing anything," Starscream yelled as they both woke up. We all jumped back as they stood. "Autobots, move them back further," Optimus countered pointing at them. I ran behind them and shot at them that way.
"Bumblebee what are you doing?" Prowl hollered, growling. "I am trying to get them to turn around so you guys can get a better shot!" I countered. "We are supposed to just lead them away!" Rolling my optics I answered the nagging bot, "we can get them to go away this way too!" The Decepticons chose to retreat before we could finish them off.
Optimus sighed, "go back to base...Autobots transform and roll out!" When we got back to base we transformed. I was excited to tell Sari all about it when Prowl stomped in front of me.
"What were you thinking? Oh, wait, you weren't," He yelled. Glaring back at the taller bot, I decided to answer, "I thought it would be an easier tactic!" Prowl growled, "well you were wrong!" I countered his anger, "And exactly how do you know? They didn't stick around long enough for it to even fail!" I watched behind Prowl's optics as he finally snapped, "Are you that naive Bumblebee? You could have gotten us offlined, yourself offlined. When is it that you are going to get through your thick aft processor that this war is not a big joke. You continue to jeopardize mission after mission. It is time to grow up, Bumblebee. You are this teams weakness on the battle field. You are nothing but a heap of metal!" The warehouse seemed to stand still. My faceplate fell by each word. As I was going to utter an apology, a servo flew to my chassis. Before I knew it, I hit the dirt.
"Prowl!" Someone hollered at the bot still glowering over my form. I looked up as the dent in my chassis became more aware. The pain only growing. I groaned as Ratchet made his way over, "Kid." I didn't want to listen to anything else.
Prowl's p.o.v
I watched as Ratchet helped Bumblebee to the med bay. The realization settling in. "Prowl. What is the kink in your circuits? Bumblebee may have twisted my orders but his spark was in the right place. Yours was however far from it." I held my helm low as I pondered my actions. Bulkhead glared at me, being sure that I knew. I sat in the common room for while, before I noticed Bumblebee leaving the med bay.
