Yuunoa one-shots

Basketball

A/N: no one requested this but I just thought of the idea right now so I thought why not?

Shinoa had never been the best at basketball, but even so she still liked the sport very much. She decided to go shoot some hoops late one night since she couldn't get any sleep.

She didn't care how she looked so she didn't even look in the mirror as she headed out of her room,and headed towards the training room.  She quickly, but quietly made her way out of the hallway and into the training room.

Once she was in the training room, she looked for a basketball. After a few moments of searching she found one by a bunch of other training equipment. She began playing basketball by herself, she had been playing for about 5 minutes and she only scored 3 baskets so far. She took a quick break, she dropped the ball and sat on a bench that was by the entrance.

She looked down at all the equipment that was besides the bench, most of the equipment they didn't even use,it was just there just in case they needed it. Shinoa heard the door beginning to open. She lifted her head and faced the door.

The door opened and In came Yuu,just like her he was also in his pajamas. He noticed her sitting there and he decided to join her. He sat down and said
"Hey"

"Hi"
Shinoa replied looking at the floor

A few seconds passed and none of them said another word,
Yuu decided to break the awkward silence by saying
"So......why are you here this late at night? You should be resting, we have another mission tomorrow,and you are the leader after all"

"I could ask you the same thing Yuu-San "
Shinoa simply replied

There was another awkward silence, this time Shinoa broke it. She sighed and said
"I couldn't sleep so what better way to distract myself than by playing my favorite sport"

Yuu just nodded

"Same"
He replied.

The raven haired boy thought for a second, while staring at his bare feet.

"Hey Shinoa?"
He suddenly asks

"Yes Yuu-San?"
She replies a bit surprised
"Let's play one on one, first one to score 10 baskets  wins"

"Alright, but if I win I get to call you cherry boy for a whole year"
Shinoa smirked at Yuu, making him furrow his brows and his eye twitch in annoyance.

He then realized that he could also have his own fun with her if he won.
"Fine,but if I win I get to punish you for all the times you've called me cherry boy"
Yu replied

"Fine then cherry boy lets play"
She said as she stood up and picked up the ball.

Yuu stood up and walked up to her,getting in from of her in an athletic stance.

"You are so going down"
He said

"We'll see cherry boy"
Shinoa grinned

She dribbled the ball and ran past him, jumping up and scoring her first basket. The ball bounced on the floor a few times, before Shinoa could get to the ball, Yuu scooped it up,and dribbled it a few times. Shinoa tried to steal the ball but he just kept blocking  her. He jumped up and scored his first basket, they were now tied 1 to 1.

After a few minutes,The game seemed to be in Shinoa's favor at first since she was winning 5 to 2,but it all went downhill from there. Yuu got his act together and stole the ball from Shinoa, scoring another basket, he scored again and again, until he was beating her 6 to 5.

Yuu only needed 4 more baskets to win. Just as Yuu was about to score  his 7th basket Shinoa jumped up and stole the ball from him. She then dribbled the ball,while running the other way,away from Yuu. Yuu chased her trying to steal the ball back from her. For a small girl she sure was fast, so fast that Yuu wondered how she could be so small and run so fast.

She jumped up trying to score, seeing as Shinoa was about to score he jumped up in front of her, Shinoa threw the ball at the basket just in time, she made it in,once again they were tied 6 to 6. Shinoa was almost at her limit but she had to keep playing, she didn't want to get punished for teasing someone, much less did she want to get punished by Yuu. Without noticing he scored once again.

The rest of the game went by so quickly. Shinoa and Yuu were tied 9 to 9. Shinoa was so tired, she didn't even notice when Yuu stole the ball from her and scored. Yuu had won, but Shinoa had only lost by one point.

Yuu put the ball back besides the equipment and walked over to Shinoa who was now seated on the bench, panting and wiping her sweat off with a towel. Yuu sat next to her and wiped his own sweat with his own towel.

"Good game"

"You weren't so bad yourself Mr.cherry boy"
Shinoa smirked

"Quit it with the cherry boy"

"Oh yeah I almost forgot that you won Yuu-San"
Shinoa pouted

"So.....what's my punishment for calling you cherry boy?"
Shinoa asked while looking at the ground.

Yuu grinned and used his thumb and forefinger to lift her chin up lightly. Shinoa blushed at his sudden proximity, she could only look into his bright green eyes that shined brightly.  He brought his face closer to hers, with a light pink dusting his cheeks. They were so close that the could feel each other's breath on their cheeks.

Shinoa's cheeks were as pink as her usual hair bow, her cheeks only grew redder as Yuu leaned in closer, to the point where there noses were almost touching.

"This is your punishment..."
Yuu whispered lightly before suddenly crashing their lips together.

Yuu closed his eyes and melted into the kiss. Shinoa on the other hand was in shock, her eyes were as wide as saucers and her cheeks were a bright Crimson color.

After a while, she closed her eyes, and wrapped her arms around Yuu's neck, deepening the kiss.

They kissed each other eagerly, not being able to get enough of each other's lips. After a while they separated from each other thanks to the lack of air. They both had a deep crimson color dusted on their cheeks. They panted silently and gazed at each other's eyes. Shinoa giggled making Yuu frown
"What is it?"'

Yuu asks a bit annoyed
"It's nothing, I just didn't think you were such a good kisser"
