Lucy and Levy finally stopped crying after finding out that their mothers were part of the shield of Spriggan
"Lu-chan I need some rest I'm bit tired" Levy said
"Sure, I want to Zeref about something important " Lucy said as they walk to the door
"Ok Lu-chan" Levy said as she runs back to her room
"Now where I find Zeref I need to know about Lacie and was he the person who I saw when Layla opened the gate" Lucy said to herself
Then Lucy began to walk to Zeref's room to see if he was there. She then sees Zeref's door
"Zeref are you in there?" Lucy asks as she knocks
"Yes come in" Zeref said
Lucy opens the door finding Zeref at his table drinking tea
"Zeref I need to ask you something" Lucy said as she sits on the other chair opposite him
"Yes is there something you need?" Zeref asked
"It's about Lacie what happened to her?" Lucy asks
"*sigh*She died when she was facing someone"Zeref said
"Who?" Lucy asked with anger
"Makarov Dreyar " Zeref said as he looks down at his tea seeing his reflection
"What!" Lucy shouted standing up
"Yes he did ,when Lacie faced hid he used something that killed her because she wanted to have her daughter back" Zeref said
"What?" Lucy asked in shock
"Makarov told Levy that her mother brought her to Fairy Tail but he killed her with the Fairy Heart" Zeref said
"Why?" Lucy asked
"Makarov took Levy because he was hoping that if he took her, he would get Lacie to Fairy Tail " Zeref explains
"What was she like?" Lucy asked
"She was kind, compassionate ,competitive and loved reading "Zeref explained"I also met her daughter when she showed her to me, Lacie was hoping that Levy would join the Shield of Spriggan in her her place if she ever died"
"Ok thanks Zeref I'll tell Levy-chan about this"Lucy said "also are you the person who I saw when I saw my mother, Layla opened the gate ?"
"Yes I am Lucy and she made a promise with me" Zeref said
"What is it?" Lucy asked
"Only her and myself can only know" Zeref explained and Lucy just pouted
"Ok and when are you doing the immortal lacrima ?" Lucy asked
"Soon Lucy when human members of the shield of Spriggan are in one place" Zeref
"Understood Zeref if you need me I'm going to Levy-chan's room to check on her" Lucy said
"Bye Lucy" Zeref waves as Lucy leaves 'Layla I will keep up the promise'
Zeref remembers the past when Layla opened gate
"Layla!" Zeref shouted running to her
"Zeref promise me three things " Layla said
"What is ?" Zeref asked
"The first one rescue Levy ,Lacies daughter. Two I want Lucy and Levy to join the shield of Spriggan instead of Lacie and myself and the third I saw the future when I opened the gate and you and my daughter you two were in love I saw your wedding " Layla said
"What?!" Zeref asked shocked
"Please Zeref , fall in love with Lucy, she will be broken , betrayed by Fairy Tail, and don't worry about Levy she'll be with Lucy when she goes to the Alvarze empire " Layla explains
"I promise Layla" Zeref said as he teleports Layla to the Heartfilia mansion
He then sees a small girl resembling to Layla hiding in a bush
"Are you Lucy?" He asked as a little Lucy leaves the bush
"Yes I am where's momma?" Lucy said
"Shes back at your home" Zeref explains"I can teleport you back there"
"Ok" Lucy said as Zeref teleports her back to the mansion
Back to the present
"Layla,just to let you know I really am in love with Lucy , unlike Mavis she makes me feel warm and she gives me hope " Zeref said to himself
