Comments:

Oh man. Don't get me started.

I'M GETTING IT PUBLISHED HOLY SHIT

okay I'm sorry. Anyway, this is a story about perspective. The only thing I'll say further than that is something I told my best friend, who plays piano.

"You know the feeling you have when you're onstage, in front of people? Those nerves, the excitement, the euphoria? Someone out there in the world, someone famous who plays in a band and does shows every night, is feeling that exact same feeling. You have something in common with Beyoncé, with All Time Low, with any famous person who performs on a stage. And it feels just as good to you, playing in front of thirty people in a little amphitheater, as it does to them, standing on a huge stage in a stadium, playing to the world."

The story is broken into months, and the band and the kids each get three events per month. Very exciting stuff, and their stories actually touch quite a bit, so it's neat.
