Legend has it that there was once a menacing clown named Toby who would look out for beautiful teenage girls and follow them back home. He would put a yuckish yellow balloon,with bloody blood stains that says "MISS ME?" in ugly capital letters. That yellow balloon is an unlucky balloon that means he would torture and rape that specific girl. Many teenage girls have been missing and found dead the next 2-3 days. No one knows who created this menacing creature OR the owner of it. Many girls and their parents know this story and thats the only reason most of the teens sneak out at night since their parents NEVER let them out. Toby once lived, but now, he hasn't been kidnapping teenage girls since there are rarely beautiful girls and most of them are spoiled brats. He is patiently waiting. No one knows how he looks like nor seen him, apart from the victims. The victims have never escaped. Some has but they come out pregnant , straight to coma or sometimes both. There lie's some of the victims on their beds, pregnant or in coma. No one knows how to save them nor how to talk to them. They just stare at the wall with their mouths wide open. Their parents would cry of sadness. "Poor teenagers", some people say. "In Their Faces!", some people say. We wouldn't know.
He is no boogeyman that waits under your bed. He kidnapps, rapes, tortures and follow the order of its owner whether to kill em' or not. He waits at his turf patiently for the next beautiful girl to walk pass by him or catches his eye. With a big creepy smile that is grotesque and no one can barely look at it. With his scary defeaning eyes, he'll be staring at the next beautiful teen.
