Chapter 5

Lauren's POV:

I've finally finished getting ready to see Y/N again after what seemed like years, I had to make sure I looked perfect as I want to try and make a move today with her because who knows what will happen when we leave the hotel. We've only just met really and it already feels like we have a bond, a connection that I just don't want to loose.
I hear a knock at the door suddenly and have to try and control myself to make sure I'm not sounding too eager or too weirdly excited when I see her beautiful face again. Opening the door I see the smaller girl standing there with her phone in her hand, she looks so gorgeous and she doesn't even have to try.

'Hey Lauren' she says with the cutest smile that I swear could brighten anyone's day. 'Hey cutie, come in' I manage to reply and open the door for her to enter my hotel room. We walk over to the bed and she stands there while I sit down, 'you can sit down Y/N if you want' I say as I look directly into her huge Y/E/C eyes that seemed to hypnotise me. She sits down next to me and I can feel my heart pumping faster and faster. 'So where's the other girls?' she questions as she scans the room for any sign of them, 'oh they went out shopping I think' I reply while checking my phone.

'Why didn't you go too Lauren? I don't wanna like hold you back from doing stuff with them' she says as she turns to face me. I feel another wave of confidence take over my body as I look her directly in the eyes and grab hold of her hand that was before placed in her lap, 'it's okay gorgeous as I told you last night I have priorities and I'd much rather spend the day with you' I said to her as her face turned red and she looked down shyly at our hands. 'But you've only just met me Lauren and they are your bestfriends right?' She replied and I sighed quickly before gaining that confidence again 'I have all the time in the world to go shopping with them but I have a limited time with you and I want to get to know you' is what slipped out of my mouth before I even really thought about it.

Your POV:

Lauren turned to me with a huge smile on her face and said while still holding my hand firmly 'I have all the time in the world to go shopping with them but I have a limited time with you and I want to get to know you'. I blushed so hard I probably look like a tomato but at this point I don't care, I looked up towards her and said shyly 'I want to get to know you too Lauren' which made her smile grow wider as she randomly embraced me in a hug to which I returned and tried to keep my breathing at a normal pace while doing so.

I was about to talk again and ask what she wanted to do but suddenly her finger was placed on my lips as she said 'shhhhh I have a good idea, lets tell each other 10 facts about ourselves' I couldn't help but laugh at how excited she looks, she seemed so genuinely happy to be learning more about me and it made my heart beat extremely fast.
'Okay sure I will start?' I questioned as she smiled and nodded cutely.

We finished our facts about ourselves and in that time I learnt that Lauren used to play softball, she loves books and poetry and art in general, she has a strong interest in politics and world issues, she loves puppies, she has two siblings called Chris and Taylor and she grew up in Miami. I love how when Lauren talks about her passions and her beliefs her eyes light up and her smile grows and it looks like she's so genuinely happy in that moment.

We are now watching some Netflix until the other girls get back and then Lauren suggested I could spend the night after they get back from doing some CD signing this evening. We are watching Pretty Little Liars after I told her I needed to watch the newest episode, as I was trying to focus on the TV Lauren was laying on the bed next to me and would occasionally glance to the side of my head and I would be able to slightly catch her in the act out of the corner of my eyes.

Lauren POV:

After the 10 facts about ourselves was finished I learnt that Y/N moved here to the hotel when she was only seven years old so ten whole years ago, I learnt that her parents are called Y/M/N who's a fashion designer and Y/D/N who's the hotel manager and that they are an all British family, I learnt that Y/N has a Bestfriend called Alicia that is a fifth harmony fan, and that Y/N loves puppies like me and wants to get a husky when she finally moves into her own house or apartment. She seemed to be perfect in every way and when I told her about myself it just seemed like she actually cared to know every detail, usually people don't really want to see past the whole 'fifth harmony singer' label but Y/N did, Y/N was different.

We were now watching Netflix before the girls get back so we can go do some CD signing and then Y/N will come spend the night which I'm really looking forward to. My heart sunk when the realisation that she may not even be gay hit me. Somehow I need to find out the answer to that.
