I could smell coconut. Coconut and chocolate. My inner wolf breathed in more deeply and caused me to sit upright. Brett noticed that I was no longer slouching in my seat.
'Dude. you're not even listening to me are you? Matty? Where are you going?'
I had to follow her scent. She was here and I needed to be next to her. Then the door opened and the bell above it tinkled. A gush of wind followed the girl in to the small Chinese take away, I took another deep breath. My wolf drunk in her scent. Beautiful.
She had long brown hair that came to a stop just under her breast and matching golden brown eyes which were lined carefully with dark black eye liner. Her lashes were the longest I'd ever seen. Her lips were a rosy red colour and were slightly parted. She walked up to the counter clumsily, two people followed behind her; a guy and a girl. Brett put a hand on my shoulder.
'Matty?' He asked.
'Its her' I whispered breathlessly. 'My mate.'
