"Park day! park day! park day!"

Tao cheered in the back seat, making Junmyeon and Yixing laugh.

Today, the small family were heading to the park to spend time together. Since today was a nice breezy day, Yixing had bought a kite for Tao.

He was planning on teaching Tao how to build and fly it and Tao was really excited about that.

"We're here." Yixing announced as he parked the car.

Tao was bouncing in his seat, not wanting to wait any longer.

Junmyeon opened the back door and helped an excited Tao out of his booster seat. "Hurry mama, let's go." Tao jumped in place, a wide smile on his face.

"Okay okay, I'm coming baby." Junmyeon chuckled as he grabbed the bag from the trunk.

Yixing was holding Tao's hand as they waited for junmyeon.

He shut the trunk door and walked up to the two, grabbing Yixing's hand as he flashed the two a smile.

"Let's go."

Tao jumped and pulled Yixing, along with Junmyeon, along to find the perfect spot.

"Here! Right here is perfect mama." Tao smiled, sitting down on the grass under the leaves of the big tree.

Junmyeon set the bag down and pulled out a blanket, laying it on the green grass before the three sat down.

"Yixing appa, can we do the kite now? Please!" Tao did a bit of aegyo.

Both adults chuckled. Yixing ruffled Tao's hair with a smile. "Okay, let's go." Tao jumped up excitedly.

Junmyeon watched with a smile as Yixing and Tao put the kite together.

"You put it on wrong." Junmyeon chuckled.

"No I didn't, it looks just like the picture." Yifan responded, focusing on putting the kite together.

"Whatever you say." Junmyeon chuckled more, seeing Yifan frustrated.

"You know what, forget it.. let's just look at the clouds." Yifan huffed, tossing the unfinished kite aside and falling back on the grass.

"Are you sure you want to give up so fast?" "Yes now lay beside me." Yifan chuckled, sitting up to wrap his arms around Junmyeon's waist and pulled him down to lay beside him.

Junmyeon couldn't help but smile, cuddling closer to Yifan's chest as they stared at the clouds slowly moving by.

Junmyeon's smile fell.

Why?

"Mama, look!"

Junmyeon looked over and saw their kite flying in the sky.

"Whoa! You did it!" Junmyeon stood up, walking over to the two. "You like it mama? I like it!" Tao smiled, watching the kite flow with the breeze.

"It looks lovely sweetheart." Junmyeon smiled down at Tao, leaning down to press a kiss to the top of the boy's head.

"You feeling okay?" Yixing asked, wrapping his arm around his waist. "I'm fine. Don't worry." He flashed Yixing a reassuring smile.

Yixing nodded before helping Tao hold the kite so it wouldn't fly away.
