this is a tutorial so (go ahead and judge if my explanation is confusing or not. I promise I won't be mad at you :)))) we're all friends)

Picsart

1. Open a white background that's the size of the wattpad cover. (I used 655x1024) Then add your png and position it to where you want.

2. Press checkmark and save your photo. Then open phonto and add your title, username/author.

3. Open picsart again and open your cover. Add a black pic and position it under your username, then press checkmark. Go to effects and add a filter ( I chose drama) and press checkmark then save!
