Turns to dust and ruin
You're out of lemonade.
When you are surrounded
By people that you hate
Don't be dumbfounded
You're out of lemonade.
And when you're trying hard
To suppress your own fate
Stay in your backyard, 'cause
You're out of lemonade.
When you feel like it's all hopeless
And your life's about to fade
Listen to me, and know this:
You're out of lemonade.
When life takes its lemons
And throws them in your face
You chuck 'em right back, 'cause
You don't need that lemonade.
