I took the girl to a spare room and set her on the bed. I shook my head. She was so filthy, I'd have to wash these sheets now. That doesn't matter, I was going to have to do that anyways. I inspected her for weapons. I took of her torn, dirty clothes and set them aside. I grabbed a small dress from Mey-rin's wardrobe, some black designed stockings. Before putting them on, I did another check for injuries. Besides a few bruises and cuts she was fine. There was one thing that I was wondering about though. Her back. On her mid back, she had an odd image. A star like structure, not like the contract between the young master and I, but somehow similar.

I took a damp rag and tried to scrub it off. It did not come off. I looked at my gloved hand, and slid the glove down halfway. I looked at the contract on my hand, then back at her back. There was no connection between the markings. Maybe she has a contract with someone. I'd better tell the master. I slipped my glove back on. I put the black laced, ruffled dress on her. Seeing by the way she dressed, I assumed she liked black. I put the stockings on her as well. Taking one more glance at her, I grabbed her torn clothes and disposed of them. I closed the door to the room wwhere she was sleeping and went to go make my master's tea.
"Master, I have found something interesting on the girl." I said, after handing him his cup of Earl Grey. He barely looked up at me. "And that is?" He seemed uninterested. "I believe she may have a contract with someone. Either that, or she's been branded by someone." Now he looked up, a glint of curiousity showed in his eye. "Is that so? Take me to see her after my tea." He ordered. "I shall." I replied.
