Strange things have been happening to me since I was in my tiny lavender shoes. There was a tall man who would make my mind all fuzzy, but I didn’t mind….. Until woke up in different places. I mostly awoke in a long, cement tunnel. It was a little ways away from my house, but it didn’t matter because my parents wake up long after me.

Today is my twentieth birthday celebrated alone in my small pale colored house. He should be showing up any time now. I don’t like it when he shows up because he always pops up out of nowhere. At least he keeps me from being lonely. A COUPLE HOURS LATER. He didn’t show up. It’s now 11:57 PM, he didn’t come like he always does. I’m kind of disappointed. I walked to my pale rose colored room and went to sleep. 5:02 AM. I brushed my shoulder length, red, dirty blonde hair with gold highlights out of my face and behind my ears. I wiped the sleep out of my stone blue eyes and went to my computer in my pale lavender room.

I searched The Tall Man on my computer and got information and pictures about him. That’s him! It’s actually him! The same black suit and tie, and with no face! I then looked at the information about him. He is a tall man with a black suit and tie. He has no face and targets children (mostly young) to watch them grow, and at the right time, sacrifices them. He sacrifices them to get his young boy back. He takes the young children at a young age, never past age twelve, and makes their minds fuzzy, slowly stealing their sanity. When he does so, you wake up in the nearest tunnel where nobody will find you. He’s called Slenderman.

I slowly walked to my ugly puke green Explorer. I’m going to ride around in my car to forget what I just saw. My parents and I don’t live too far apart, but it’s still a little far. I drove around Freedom High School, where I went for high school, which brought back some memories of loneliness and betrayal. 8:36 AM. I’ll go back home at 9:00. My stomach roared like a lion who hasn’t eaten for days, and gurgled like a fresh tar monster.

“Well, I guess that means it’s time to go to Harris Teeter to get something to eat” 8:45.

“Excuse me; I would like a six slice cheese pizza please.”

“That will be twelve dollars, ma’am”

I handed him the crisp new money, and in return he handed me the pizza. I ate three of the tiny slices. 8: 51. I pulled out my old Verizon cell phone and checked my calendar. Nothing planned for the whole month? That’s crazy. I work at home, so I don’t need to go anywhere in particular. I guess I’ll head home then and get back to my research. 9:03. When I entered my house I turned on the lights and headed for my computer, but it wasn’t turning on. Great! Now I have to get a new one!  I got to my stairs when my lights started to flicker. The upstairs lights turned off, on, then off again. The lights turned off where I was. It was now pitch black here. Great I have terrible eyesight and hearing! Well at least I’m like a ninja when I walk up stairs.

I walked up the stairs slowly and quietly. I got to the top of the stairs and moved to the bathroom. No one was there. I went to my room and bumped my head on a corner. I entered my now super scary room. I managed to find my wooden baseball bat. I walked into the hallway and as I moved closer to the empty bedroom I got all fuzzy minded. No! He’s here! Not now! I hit the ground really hard. I knew I was a goner.
